It is a lovely resort in the middle of the nature, well maintained. Highly attention to details. The sights from the resort are simply amazing. A big room well equipped with everything you need. A hygienic bathroom. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast is ok. We will surely return here.

The towels need to be changed, as they seem quite old and very used. The restaurant needs some improvements, as we had better dishes in Vietnam, more tastier than here. There are not so many options to dine in near the hotel, so you remain to eat at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing with beautiful views of rice fields and mountains. We liked the style of the rooms and the swimming pools. We felt like in paradise!

Our room looked little different than on promoted photos (or at least the shown category). We asked to move to bigger room with nicer views which was more suitable for us. Also the room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom. We are not very fancy, but it looks like they usually only clean the floor and that's it. In the night we heard probably termites feeding on the roof so hopefully they will not eat that place up soon :-)) Food was average, we ended up eating in the restaurant next door.

We had a wonderful stay at Natura! The property is beautifully sited and overlooks rice paddies that were picturesque even in winter. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we especially appreciated our kind, knowledgeable guide, Lan, who took us for several treks around the area. The staff arranged our transportation to and from Natura over email before we arrived (we came from Ninh Binh and departed to Hanoi), which was really helpful. The breakfast was very nice and pretty extensive and lunch/dinner were good opportunities to try regional dishes. Tips: We recommend you book a trek ahead of time since you'll likely need a guide and there may be limited availability in busy times. Also recommend you bring any cash you think you'll need. Finally, if we'd had more time we probably would have eaten at one of other restaurants in the hotels nearby to get a bit more variety.

I had a beautiful room, Bungalow room 3. beautiful view. It was raining while we were there but I could have just enjoyed my room and balcony views. The rice paddies are all around so lovely to walk nearby. Beautiful pool areas. Nice restaurant and food.

Nothing I didn't like but I booked three bungalow rooms thinking they would all look like mine but the other two did not. they had views but not the same and not as good.

I loved it, one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Jaw dropping views, infinity pools filled by natural spring, great breakfast, clean common bathrooms and toilets, cozy wooden rooms, nice staff, had wine on their menu. I wish i could have stayed more.

Room was right abowe the hotel restaurant, so in the evening it got a bit noisy untill all the guests finished their meals, which was around 10 pm.

Staff service was poor and exceptionally slow. For a country that really does aim to please they fell short here. Drinks often don’t turn up. Ordered 3 times over 2 hours and promised they would be brought over every time and never did. Only way to assure your drink comes is to stand and wait for them to make it. Even then it takes 15/20 mins.

Great place with beautiful views, very kind personnel. Great communication. They had everything we needed for our stay with a baby (high chairs, bed cot etc).

During our stay one of the pools was under construction and the view from the restaurant was covered. There was also some noise coming from the construction works. Also, on the day of our check out, the credit card terminal did not work and we had to look for alternative solutions (driving to a local bank). We would expect the above to be reflected in our final check but no discount was given for the inconvenience. Also, the food was average but we had meals at other homestays to get the flavor of the village life.

The food in the restaurant was fanastic and while our initial room was not quite as advertised, they moved us to a much better room which happened to be the same price. The staff were very helpful with all of our requests. The area is really stunning but there's not a lot to do. It was perfect for a relaxing stay.

The rooms are not all of equal quality despite the price being similar/the same.

The place and location is truly amazing! So beautiful and unique/authentic area! We spent 2 nights there and the staff helped us to get a taxi to come and leave and helped us organize a magical tour of Pu Luong by motorbike with a local guide. We had such a great time thank you! We shared a bathroom and toilets and it was clean.

There is tea but no kettle.

Staff were pleasant but desperately in need of training. Generally oblivious to waiting guests, both at breakfast and reception. Food OK, but fairly expensive and uninteresting. The restaurant next door was fairly basic but cheaper and better.
