It is a lovely resort in the middle of the nature, well maintained. Highly attention to details. The sights from the resort are simply amazing. A big room well equipped with everything you need. A hygienic bathroom. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast is ok. We will surely return here.

The towels need to be changed, as they seem quite old and very used. The restaurant needs some improvements, as we had better dishes in Vietnam, more tastier than here. There are not so many options to dine in near the hotel, so you remain to eat at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing with beautiful views of rice fields and mountains. We liked the style of the rooms and the swimming pools. We felt like in paradise!

Our room looked little different than on promoted photos (or at least the shown category). We asked to move to bigger room with nicer views which was more suitable for us. Also the room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom. We are not very fancy, but it looks like they usually only clean the floor and that's it. In the night we heard probably termites feeding on the roof so hopefully they will not eat that place up soon :-)) Food was average, we ended up eating in the restaurant next door.

One of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at - it felt like staying in the Swiss Family Robinson cabins. The views, friendly staff, pools, and location are all unbeatable - we wished we'd stayed an extra night. Rooms are very cool - beds have full mosquito netting which was nice to have, although we didn't have issues with bugs as the rooms seal well and the AC works excellently. Bathrooms are clean and really neat - showers have natural stones to stand on. The infinity pools were from another world. Also, despite being pretty rural there is a lot to do nearby - hikes, motorbike or bicycle rentals, lots of spas and massage spots, little coffeeshops tucked into the mountains, and lots of restaurants al walkable from the hotel. Soooo worth the drive from Hanoi!

N/A - absolutely loved our stay

We had a great stay! The facilities and the pool are excellent, and the views over the rice fields are absolutely stunning. Our room with garden views was comfortable and perfect for two people. The staff were very helpful — they even arranged a half-day guided tour for us to visit nearby waterfalls, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a nice mix of options including eggs, pancakes, and delicious Vietnamese soups. Highly recommended!

Communication in English was sometimes difficult, which led to some confusion. This was especially noticeable during bad weather, when it would have been helpful to receive clearer updates or advice from the staff. Improving this could really enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would still recommend it — just with a bit of patience when it comes to communication.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities and good location. Our room and the other spaces were very clean, beautifully designed and looked very new. Great pool with a fantastic view. Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly, even if sometimes there were languages barriers, they still tried their best and they ensure we had the best stay. The cook to order breakfast was good. Great location and views over the valley, and near a viewpoint over the rice paddy terraces.

The restaurant was ok, a bit limited menu. Only other minor negative the room didn't have the comfiest pillows.

We had a wonderful stay at Natura! The property is beautifully sited and overlooks rice paddies that were picturesque even in winter. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we especially appreciated our kind, knowledgeable guide, Lan, who took us for several treks around the area. The staff arranged our transportation to and from Natura over email before we arrived (we came from Ninh Binh and departed to Hanoi), which was really helpful. The breakfast was very nice and pretty extensive and lunch/dinner were good opportunities to try regional dishes. Tips: We recommend you book a trek ahead of time since you'll likely need a guide and there may be limited availability in busy times. Also recommend you bring any cash you think you'll need. Finally, if we'd had more time we probably would have eaten at one of other restaurants in the hotels nearby to get a bit more variety.

The emplacement is Wonderfull, amazing views and the infinity pool is just the cherry on top.

The onle cabeat was the lady at reception the week I was there, Mrs Trang. Said yes to everything but did not follow up on any: room change, laundry, schedules request etc. I stayed 6 days, and was not offered to upgrade rooms despite the offer was on booking already. A bit disappointing not to take care if your good guests specially when is free of cost.

I had a beautiful room, Bungalow room 3. beautiful view. It was raining while we were there but I could have just enjoyed my room and balcony views. The rice paddies are all around so lovely to walk nearby. Beautiful pool areas. Nice restaurant and food.

Nothing I didn't like but I booked three bungalow rooms thinking they would all look like mine but the other two did not. they had views but not the same and not as good.

I loved it, one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Jaw dropping views, infinity pools filled by natural spring, great breakfast, clean common bathrooms and toilets, cozy wooden rooms, nice staff, had wine on their menu. I wish i could have stayed more.

Room was right abowe the hotel restaurant, so in the evening it got a bit noisy untill all the guests finished their meals, which was around 10 pm.

Very peaceful, tranquil and the rooms were great

Staff service was poor and exceptionally slow. For a country that really does aim to please they fell short here. Drinks often don’t turn up. Ordered 3 times over 2 hours and promised they would be brought over every time and never did. Only way to assure your drink comes is to stand and wait for them to make it. Even then it takes 15/20 mins.
