My stay was so welcoming, i got a very italian homely feel, the whole week I stayed there all the staff would engage with me if needed all were very friendly and welcoming, ensuring you are taken care of, all i needed to do was just ask. The food for both breakfasts and dinners was just amazingly delicious. The location and pricing were perfect for me, nice and central to the village centre and all ski lifts. Didn't have to do much uphill walking after a big day on the mountain. Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Thank you to all the staff, I can't wait for another visit.

Honestly, there isn't anything masively bad to say during my stay or anything I didn't like. But I guess if I had to pick something to inform you, i noticed upon the first use of the shower that the inner glass had an area with a soap product left from previous guests. It wasn't an issue though. Maybe the obility to boil water in my room and a mini fridge to store food. Again, it's not an issue. I enjoyed going down and asking for my boiled water, and it was good to interact with the staff. All and all, I was happy.

Bang in the middle of town. I love the downstairs area with its big windows overlooking town and the mountains. I thought this is truly a skiers’ hotel with all details thought for them. We came in the summer but would love to come back in the winter.

All was good. It is a 3* and I was expecting it to be more groppy. The rooms are smallish, but we had a nice balcony and they worked fine.

First and foremost, the service was great. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, it's perfect for skiers - both because of their facilities, and their location very close to the 5 Laghi lift. In addition the beds were comfy, the hotel very clean, the breakfast tasty and the atmosphere cozy.

The hotel has a great location near the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, close to the bus stop and restaurants / cafes. The breakfast had a great selection, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I had a great view from my room.

Prime excellent location in the middle of town. Good rooms and bathrooms. Walk across the road to the ski lift. Great staff. However the place does feel a little cluttered with to much stuff but maybe this is the look for this old historical place. Good parking in nearby garage that you pay extra for. Also extra to pay for tourist tax. Overall excellent value for the money paid.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good bike storage. Delicious evening meal. Great breakfast. Good heating on an unexpectedly cold day.

Some might feel that this hotel is a little worn and shabby. But, on the other hand, other people will delight in the olde worlde feel of the place.

Cold water pressure in the bathroom was slow! Nothing elso to complaint about :-)
