Very clean Great view from window Onsen had a variety of very good products The host is amazing, hard working and professional. Although we did not order vegetarian meals enough in advance for our daughter- she went out of her way and prepared amazing meals vegetarian and non vegetarian.

The hours the meals were served- breakfast was too early for us.

The food was delicious and the staff is super attentive. The rotenburo (open air Onsen) is super cool. It was snowing! The facilities are clean and comfortable. Offers a more authentic, local atmosphere compared to other tourist-oriented ryokans.

The owner of the hotel were very nice and welcoming for foreigners and helpful in any cases. This place is truly relaxing with quiet and calm environments.

No convince store or any place to shopping or look around.

The out of the way location gave it a peaceful feel. Relaxing. The staff were really good, attentive and very helpful.

The baths could have had a separate cold pool.

Small, cosy, very friendly staff. Food was nice and good. Outside onsen very nicely done.

Only 2 shower spots in onsen. But since there weren’t many people it didn’t really bother.
