Was really tired after a day from hell and booked it for the wrong night. They got back to us really quickly and rearranged the booking with no fuss. Friendly staff. Common area with fridge and cold/hot water for free. Snacks available to buy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good beds. Located right next to an excellent night food market and only 5/10 minute walk to bus station. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom smelled a little bit and a small, continuous leak from the bum washer.

The room is nice, not so big but just enough if only a night stay but not so if long stay plan

No elevator, the pail and the bath ladle don't look presentable, specially for female you will think twice if its safe to use, water is not strong enough to use the shower, the reception is asking you to leave the key to them every time you go out even you are not checking out yet, that lead us not to plan to go out for dinner coz we don't want to leave our things un attended

Location is quite central and close to a lot of transport/food options. Food market next door, and restaurants down the street, but a bit of a walk to the nearest convenience store. Good A/C.

No hot water for the shower, and on a busy road, though the street noise wasn't too bad in the room itself.

Comfy bed

Shower faucet was broken and difficult to use and I hope they serve slippers especially if the renters don’t have any slippers just shoes.

The hotel’s reception area is located in the 3rd floor. The Security Guard greeted us and told us that there is no elevator. “Imagine to our horror the hotel is not equipped with any elevator “. With 2 heavy luggage and 1 carry on, need to take them upstairs. The Guard has helped us but…’ Although, the receptionist was very apologetic and all smiles even I was complaining with high pitch! Wanted to check out the next day but couldn’t cancel with booking.com.
