The location was good, near enough to the main eateries of Mount Austin but far enough that it's not so noisy. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, clean, and perfectly serviceable for our short stay. The host was easily contactable and helpful.

Free parking is provided, but good luck if you drive a bigger car - the ramps are narrow even for JB standards, and if just one car parked in front of the ramp you'd be stuck. We ended up paying for overnight guest parking downstairs. This is not something the host is responsible for, but just a word of warning. If you drive a smaller car you'll be fine.

Car get clamped and need to paid RM100 to get unclamp although park in the designated parking and the stupid reason given is I didn't register my car plate with the guard.. this is my first time knowing that I need to register with the guard to park at the provided parking and there is no instruction saying that car plate need to be register for the parking slot provided... When I chat with the person, he/she has no intention to solve and finding faults which he/she can't and end by saying "all property has different SOP" kind of things.

I’m impressed with the Security to enter the property and the Facility. Enter to the Lots 12 16 The Ac was Good all night.

I don’t like the hospitality provided for me and the person that I was dealing with is not helping us at all. I’m having a few issues in this room and doesn’t worth my money paying to this property. I keep asking them to change me to another Lots and they didn’t bother to reply my Text through Whatsapp. They wanted to sent the Maintenance estimated Time was 30min - 40min Does that make sense if you wanted to provide something to your guest and u telling us this time? End of the story we live in the situation that my Family doesn’t Satisfied at All! We pay for your Services and your Facilities. We have to Use our own Phones Flash Light to use your bathroom. * Dirty Toilet * Toilet Roll (Reuse from Previous Guest) - No Extra given * No Bathroom Lights * Broken Sofa * No TV Signals * Broken Shower Head

Stayed in the same apartment complex before because eof the good location but a different room managed by a different owner,

Owner was not flexible, kept on texting me right on the dot when I was due for check out to ask if I have already checked out. But I've requested for late check out the day before and it. Was agreed that I'll be checking out at 1130am. At 11am, owner asked if I checked out and I had to remind the owner I'll check out at 1130am as per agreed. Again, at 1130am, received another msg from the owner asking if I've checked out. Not a pleasant experience at all being chased out of the apartment down to the very minute, but by the agreed time, I was aldy out of the apt. I texted the owner, out of courtesy (otherwise I would have completely ignored him or her) to notify that I'm already out of the apartment, and that was 11.52am and I still get the same question by the owner asking if im aldy out of the apartment as the time was 11.52am. At that point, I was aldy so pissed that I had to repay myself again that I was aldy out at 1130am as per the agreed check out timing. For the amount I paid for the accommodation, its totally not worth it. There's no free WiFi, toilet was disgusting to the max, I didn't even dared to use the cutlery in the kitchen as they were all so dirty. To think that they need 3hrs to turn around the room for the next guest l, I seriously wonder how much work or cleaning was done in that 2-3 hrs of turnover, perhaps none. Strict house rules of not allowed to use the Airton for more than 12hrs straight. I feel like I'm living in a dorm than an apartment I paid for.
