Rooms were big and comfortable, the location is calm and peaceful. The food in the restaurant is excellent and combines well with the amazing wines they offer. The staff is friendly and the events and music in the restaurant are a really nice addition to the overall excellent experience. The breakfast is very good both in quality and quantity.

The SPA is a little lacking , we were expecting a bit more. The coffee in the restaurant is okayish , I would suggest getting better quality coffee as it is part of the food adventure in the winery.

The place is great. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The staff is very kind and responsive. The food is amazing. The place is in a quiet and peaceful place. The prices in the restaurant are high, but everything is prepared with homemade products and it was really very tasty. The wine is also great and a must try.

The restaurant prices were higher than expected. On average, dinner cost 80 BGN per person.

Perfect for relaxation. Exquisite food and nice wines. Our room (105) was facing a hidden garden and we really enjoyed the tranquility there. The staff was very polite. During our second night at Zaara, there was a fire in the mountain nearby, so there was no running water at the hotel. They provided mineral water and the manager was so kind to offer us a voucher for the amount that we had payed for the second night. For sure we will be visiting the amenity soon again.

The entire estate was lovely - the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, so we managed to get great sleep. The food was excellent and the menu cleverly included optional wine pairings for each dish. The wine tasting was the best part - the wine technician was very accommodating and his approach was great as he asked questions and guided us instead of serving all the information about the wines beforehand. The beautiful views and the spa were just an added bonus to the experience. We’ll be coming again.

It would be easier to tell what I did not like - there is no such thing! Everything was amazing, the food, the staff, the room, the restaurant, the spa is not а large one but that is exactly how I like it! Not crowded, man can rest in the serenity!

Beautiful gardens and an amazing wine tasting. The staff was friendly and eager to please. The bed was the most comfortable bed of the whole vacation. The spa facilities were also lovely. Each area offered a different type of relaxation.

I was disappointed that the massage therapist was not available but it did not impact my happiness or satisfaction with the stay.

We liked the restaurant. Special thanks to Veselin Galev for the most amazing wine tasting ! He was as professional in the restaurant as he was in the cellar.

The rooms were extremely hot. We asked both the receptionist ladies if they could assist us with stopping the heat but to no avail. The SPA was not ON when we tried to use it and we had to go with towels to the reception to ask for it.

Property looks just like in the photos. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the spa was very nice, and the food was great as well!

Excellent and very good breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. Located in very beautiful place. Variety of vines and good selections.

Bikes were not ready for drive, probably because of the off season.

The winery is small and cozy. Location is remote, the property is surrounded by vine fields and trees. The view from our room was stunning! We have also enjoyed our time in the relax centre, which was extremely clean and well equipped. Our favourite part of the whole estate was the restaurant. Everything was extremely delicious, ingredients were local and plates were big! House wine was amazing and during dinner there was a great musician who was live performing pop, rock and Bulgarian evergreens. Well done, Zaara family! We can’t wait to come back.
