Decent location close to the city center and some places to eat. Staff was helpful. Big room with plenty of space to leave belongings. Clean bathroom. On-street parking. The property shares a building with a hospital, so we felt in good hands :)

A bit of moldy "old room" smell, though the room looked renovated recently. In-hotel bistro opening times are not guaranteed, better check at reception.

Actually perfect. 24h reception. Elevator. Very secure yard behind locked gates, and we parked our bikes next to the receptionist's bike! Room great, nice quality, (405) and the aircon was on when we arrived. Lovely welcome. Location worked for us. Clean, spotless. Nice modern room, lots of power outlets. Quiet, slept well. Can walk to various shops and restaurants. Recommend!

Welcomed with a smile with a coffee and bottle of water. Escorted to reception. No fuss check in. Lift to rooms. Clean fresh linen and towels. Very nice standard of room. The view wasn't ideal but I could see the car . Parking on road with no problem. No smells or damage in room.

Got up at 7am breakfast wasn't open so left unfed. Also no one at reception, so just left the key in their box.

Basic hotel room. A kettle was provided when we asked for one. Staff let us lock our bicycles in a cleaners store on our floor, which was super helpful.

The room was specious and very clean. It was equipped with flat TV and cable TV. The location prefect - the hotel was situated in the main shopping street of Harmanli with many supermarkets and restaurants in a working distance.

We spent the night on our way back to Poland, we arrived quite late in the evening, and yet the man at the reception desk was very nice and polite. We were thirsty after a long journey and the Lord from the reception, at my request, provided us with an electric jug for making tea. It was very nice. The room was very clean, everything was as described. I recommend
