Everything about this hotel is outstanding for the price point! The whole complex is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds. The large pillows are especially comfortable and supportive - where do you get these from? We had some of the best nights' sleep ever. Bathrobes, microwave, toaster on demand, coffee machine already in the room with complementary capsules. Mini bar restocked daily. Room thoroughly cleaned daily. Couldn't ask for more. The pool areas and grounds are pristine and well-kept. Plenty of beds around the pool and we saw no struggles to get one. Everything is well-organised including the shuttle to and from the beach, complementary beach bag, beach towels that can be exchanged twice a day at the spa and restaurants and bars that work like a well-oiled machine. The food choices are out of this world. Varied and freshly-prepared for each meal. We didn't take advantage of the à la carte once every three days - one, because there is a queue each morning to book the few places on offer, and two, we enjoyed and preferred the variety of food at the buffet. There is food everywhere 24/7, including the night buffet until 7am, which is a godsend for hungry late arrivals. The drinks are a healthy mix of local and branded ones and the bar staff go over and above to prepare any drink you ask for. Also at the beach, the food and drinks are plentiful, served with a smile and included in the price. Plenty of beds at the beach, too. The spa offers a Turkish bath and massages and, while we can't vouch for the authenticity and have had better massages, our visit here was a relaxing treat, if a little overpriced. The staff truly make this place what it is. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. Special shout out to Güneş and her excellent service in the bars!

The only thing to mention here is the hairdressing salon, which is not part of the hotel, but is situated there. The guy there has no clue how to cut women's hair (he's a Turkish barber) and the girl no idea on doing eyebrows. To be fair, there was no charge for the mess up they made, but it did ruin a day of our holiday rather than being a special treat. It would be worth the hotel thinking of partnering with someone who can offer something that reflects the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel and services.

Our Stay was great. Only thing that we did not like was pork served at some places without informing guests that food contain pork. We are not eating pork and it was just luck that my 3 y. old son and wife at last moment understand that some pasta contains pork. Then we all looked at menu and realized that it is not pointed that in that dish pork was served. I just tried to explain to these guys how important it is to explain in menu that some dishes have pork. Next day they changed all menus and showed us that that mistake is now behind them. Still I do not understand how it is possible to be this comfy with pork in Turkey. Beside this, our stay, hotel, staff were fantastic. Reception team is something great that this hotel has. Price was a bit lower then other Barut hotels at moment we made reservation but service we got in this hotel was not lot different from other Barut group hotels services. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel! Each and every member of the staff was very friendly, smiling at us all the time (genuinely), being there at our service! Eg. even when we went to have lunch after closing time, the waiter came to us, I thought he would kindly ask us to leave or at least hurry us up, but he just wanted to ask what we were drinking… Positive surprises in every corner: the events, the decorations, the night shows, the kids facilities and kids programs, the little extras (eg. popcorn at night shows/ face painting for kids, foam party) etc. We loved it!

The road nearby was indeed loud by the pool side as we read in the comments previously, but we didnt hear it from the room at all, neither in the pool if the music was on.

I liked the buffet, so much variety every day for dinner especially. The pools, also the staff are so friendly. I enjoyed using the gym as well. The place is filled with families which is perfect when you are traveling with families, they have night shows. It is mostly non-smoking hotel which was a joy to a non-smoker like me.

When we check in the receptionist (Matlida) did not explain much, kids were hungry and told us dinner is at 7, she was in a hurry and just told us very minimal things while the resort offers many. Later when we asked another receptionist, we discovered that there are snacks/fruits/ sandwiches between lunch and dinner that we could have taken advantage of at the time. The beach is very wavy was not very comfortable to swim in. Also there wasn’t much activities to do in the day, alone or for kids,(which was very long) specially with very strong/hot sun.

The food was great! Good choice of different options and everything was tasty. Good to note that swimming pools have different depths starting from 0 from one side to more that 1,5 m on the other side, which is very nice and practical for kids of all ages.

Kids club have limited working hours (10.00 -12.30 and 14.30 to 17.00). The personnel was not very enthusiastic and engaging. Not the best schedule for the bus from the beach (every 30min) and bigger gaps around lunch time.

Firstly the staff are remarkable. From reception to dining to the house keeping everyone was polite and very helpful. The resort is clean and the pool areas well kept. We enjoyed the buffet offerings especially on Turkish night. The evening shows were excellent. There was a good supply of sun loungers so there was no need to rush down in the morning. There were a good amount of activities available and again very great staff, especially the Yasar on reception, the archery and polo instructor and Abdullah on the coffee bar. The rooms were some of the best we have stayed in, spacious and with a nice balcony. This is an excellent hotel for families, a really nice relaxed vibe.

To note, the hotel is in two buildings but both have pools. The selection from the a la carte could be more diverse. The hotel is beside a busy road but access to the beach is via a shuttle bus.

I stayed at Barut Goia for a few days and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean, and calm — perfect for someone looking to relax and still be close to everything in Side. My room was super comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and had good variety, and the location is just a short walk to the beach.(there’s also a bus provided by the hotel every 30 minutes) But what really made my stay special was the amazing staff — especially Yaşer at the reception. He was genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and made me feel instantly welcome. He took time to answer all my questions with a smile and gave great recommendations. His energy made such a difference — honestly, people like him are the reason you want to come back to a place. If you’re looking for a cozy, friendly, and well-located hotel in Side with amazing service, this is the one. I’m already planning my return!

Where do we start about this hotel 🏨 let's start with food Mr fatih & onder & Anastasia they were great helpful very manageable and professional ( high standards) honestly I think the success of this hotel at the management of the kitchen . The front desk is really amazing, especially the night shift they're a bit more friendly . Small incidents happened at the pool I have brought it to their attention and they fixed it right away thank you for the relationship customer 💖 . The water park has amazing friendly staff The night show is wonderful special thanks to Mrs Yasmine ❤️ I will definitely recommend it for others I will be back next year. Friendly and efficient service, clean, lovely rooms, great location.

Comfortable beds with other pillow options. Spacious family suite which fit 2 adults and 3 kids. Kind and helpful staff Really close to beach and Side, probably best to walk as taxi 10 euros for a <5 min journey. Kid’s club is clean and well organised with lovely staff running it. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools and slides, for us adults the outdoor pool was a too cold in mid- April. The very small kiddie pools are heated and there was an indoor pool which was nice and warm. The massage in the spa was one of the best ever. Good evening entertainment, the magic show was great fun! The food was excellent at the buffet with plenty of choice and variation.

Nothing, the walk from the ‘other side of property ‘ ie not side of water slides but quite far, but in the end we liked that we were in the quieter side and at least burnt a few calories from the buffer.
