Overall, the stay was good. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the check-in experience around 4 PM was disappointing. The man at the front desk was borderline rude. My friend, who checked in a bit later, had the same impression. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were much more pleasant. The receptionist in the evening who helped us with the parking was great, as was the gentleman who handled our check-out. Thanks to them for their professionalism. Overall, a positive experience despite the initial welcome.

Overall the stay was as expected. Staff were professional and friendly, any query was quickly dealt with and nothing seemed to be too greater an ask. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was as expected, good selection of pastries, cereal, yoghurts and beverages (but no Orange juice). Cooked food was adequate and tasty. Location was excellent, not too far from public transport and central for restaurants and shops. Underground parking was available but we didn't need it. The only let down was that the carpet had a couple of balls of fluff around the bed and the bedside table was a little dusty.

Cleaning of rooms needs a bit more attention.

A very pleasant hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean room. Great position for walking straight into town. Parking charges reasonable. I didn't choose the breakfast option which was a good decision because right round the corner was a very good buffet breakfast at Bar & Cafe Celona for the same price at the weekend and €5 cheaper on weekdays. Throughly recommend.

I did ask for a quiet room as I'm a light sleeper. I think they did try to fulfill that request as the room was not adjoining any other. However as it was right next to the two lifts with people chatting and trundling luggage around at all hours I wouldn't say it qualified as one of the quieter rooms in the hotel. There was only a small hanging rail and one small drawer for your clothes. No wardrobe or shelves. So had to live out of the suitcase.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers a large underground car park, which made parking easy and convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was also a nice surprise to have a happy hour for drinks, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a restful night, and the hotel is in a very good location, close to many local attractions.

While the underground parking garage is a great feature, it can be a bit tight to navigate with a larger car.

Hotel offers good value for the money. Location is very good, close to tram station and not far from central train station. Double room was spacious and comfortable. Room had an AC, but I was not able to check it, weather was rather cold.

I`m pretty humble person, so I was pretty happy with my stay. If forced to find something- I did not liked the air freshener used in my room, had a smell like it was a smokers room. (was a non smoking room). One light bulb was dead. And shower head was ready for replacement. (but still working, so I ignored it)

Hotel was great,very much clean like no one was there before us...everything sparking It has his own parking that you get extra paid for but it's excellent because you leave and come back whenever you please. The hotel i in the center,geart for walk and everything you'll need is in the reach. For the staff i have no words, just EXCELLENT PEOPLE 100% recommended

A well-fitted room for a wheelchair user. Hanging space for clothes works, desk next to the bed helped for all the "extra" items we need. Size of bathroom was great.

Door to get into the room is extremely heavy. I am paralysed and the bed was a little too high and mattress too soft.

I didn't order breakfast, but it was offered to me and the images I saw looked nice. (Just didn't need it.) The hotel was nice, and I got my quiet room towards the back without issue. It was easy to reach from the main station.

I was picked up in the evening, and there was no good way to park right in front of the hotel. No big deal.

Location is great. Everything inside was good, clean. Breakfast option was good. Bed and pillows were very comfy. So far best option I used to stay in Wuppertal

1. Breakfast can be slightly cheaper. 2. No cleaning in the room for 3 days. 3. Check-in could be faster. I had to wait for 20 mins, while 1 family was checked in

Perfect place for stay. Very clean abd comfortable. Towels and toilettries are provided. Nice staff, easy check-in. The hotel is located in the city center, just 10 minutes walk from a central station. The price is lower than in other similar class hotels in NRW.
