Its such a pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel. Staff in all departments are very accommodating. I have stayed here a few times and would not consider staying anywhere else. The location is second to none - with the shops, bars, restaurants and cathedral all within a short stroll. The rooftop bar is my favourite feature, serving delicious cocktails with an amazing view of the city. It was a tad chilly in the evening, but the outdoor heaters keep you nice and warm. The rooms have everything, you could want - tea coffee, great wifi, safe (no charge), toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shaving kit , as well as the usual toiletries. I now look for Vinnci hotels whenever I stay in other locations

Nothing major but we expected the bottled water in the room to be replenished each day- it wasn’t. Also we left early so had to miss breakfast, the hotel said they could give us a picnic breakfast to take away. The contents were sparse and not great- Wish we would have have taken the refund we’d been offered rather than the picnic, as it wasn’t good value.

Superb hotel, perfect location and fantastic breakfast spread!! Highly recommended!!! Friendly staff that speaks English and we were welcomed with sweets, snacks and drinks while checking in. The hotel is located in the city center right where all the bars/restaurants and shops are. Within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The only time we took a taxi was when we arrived and day of departure. Despite being in the city center we were not disturbed by any street noise at night. The rooftop restaurant/bar has a stunning view of the Cathedral and town. The restaurant breakfast buffet is extensive including mimosas, fresh and just amazing. Our room had toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving blade, shower cap etc.) provided in case you needed something. We stayed here in November a few days before the Christmas lights went on. One morning when we walked to the habour to catch the sunrise we were able to catch a glimpse of them testing the Christmas lights just outside our hotel before the official ceremony...MAGICAL!! Malaga has my heart, just too cute and beautiful.

The taxi/Uber cannot drop you off right infront of the hotel door. It's a 3 minute walk from the drop off street. Make sure you are able to push your suitcase and are not carrying too many bags.

The staff and service were exceptional. They welcome us with a birthday gift for my husband. Our room was not ready when we got there so They offered us an upgrade on the VIP floor which was available (it was not free, but discounted) and it was the right choice for our family. The VIP floor has a free snack bar which my teens enjoyed a lot! Our rooms also had a private balcony that was very pleasant. The breakfast was delish and reasonably priced. The afternoon snacks and cavas in the restaurant were perfect. The hotel is also located in the pedestrian area — it was perfect, so lovely, wonderful ambiance all day long. Loved the groups playing chess at night in front of the hotel, the locals/tourists walking and enjoying tapas. And the taxi station is just a 2 min walk away at the end of the pedestrian walkway. All in all, 5 star. I would def visit again, hands down.

This hotel is brilliantly placed for all of central Malaga. The staff are friendly and helpful. The super king beds are very comfortable and the air con controls are the easiest we've come across and very effective. The balcony first thing in the morning and evening was a pleasant place to sit and listen to the bustle of the city below. The breakfast had plenty of choice and you could choose to sit outside or inside, on the top floor. The central area on Floor 5 had a fridge full of complementary drinks and treats. The bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are made by Clarins - a hotel first! There are hundreds of places to eat nearby with menus to suit all tastes and bank balances.

Only one small problem - the wifi signal is weak and many websites wouldn't load. A nuisance when you are trying to research the next day's destinations and opening days and hours.

The location is right in the middle of a busy shopping street, which we loved. They offered a room with view to this street for 20€ for a night, which we availed. It was such a good decision, the windows are sound proof, you won’t hear a thing. The room is modern, with nice amenities. Housekeeping came every day, which we were very grateful for. Staff is very friendly and courteous. They helped us with renting a car. Rooftop bar has a nice view. Your nespesso capsule gets refilled every day, which was appreciated. Check out was at 12, which was superb, as we could sleep late. We would definitely return.

There is no garage. They have a contract wth a garage nearby, however all spots were already taken. It made it a bit uncomfortable to look for space in the center. Also we had the worst Sangrias on the Rooftop bar, we did not have any food so can’t comment on that.

One of the best stays I've ever had in a hotel. It was AMAZING. I was also traveling alone for the first time, so my stay at Vincci hotel made even more memorable and fun. The hotel just exceeded my expectations. Their rooms were so nice, spacious, and clean. Their staffs were incredible. They were so kind, accommodating, and hospitable. I didn't find any troubles making requests because they were so helpful and active in helping. They would even initiate help and suggest or recommend things for me to do as a solo traveler. I felt so pampered in this hotel and I was well taken care of. Everything was just a 10/10. They also allow you to leave your luggages during check out if you want to go around first. In fact, they offered right away without me asking. So it was nice because the staff were always one step ahead of you. <3 The location was also smacked right in the middle of the city center so it was easy to walk around and navigate my way through. There were many shops, restaurants, and cafes around so I got lucky with the location as well. Just an overall great experience for me.

The proximity to shopping, restaurants, nightclubs and a parking garage were wonderful. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was so spacious and comfortable. They had really thick windows because with it closed you could barely hear anything from the streets but once you opened it up you could hear the bustling streets down below. The bed was really comfortable.

For some reason my tv was stuck on just one channel. The remote wouldn’t change it up or down. The only buttons that worked were the on/off button and the volume up/down. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t too strong but was doable. There was only one towel in the room. The buffet breakfast was limited. If you wanted pancakes and eggs it was an extra cost.

Small boutique hotel. Excellent location, on the main pedestrian street leading to Constitution Square (3 minutes walk to the cathedral). Despite being a very busy pedestrian area the room was very quiet as the terrace window was soundproofed. Extraordinary friendly and helpful hotel team. The day before arrival they called to inform us that there would be a film festival in Malaga and it might be noisier than usual (in the end there were no problems as, despite the crowds on the promenade, the room was quiet as soon as the terrace door was closed). They helped rent a car with delivery to the hotel door. Excellent English. Greetings to all the afternoon Team, especially Javi. Very good and varied breakfasts in the rooftop restaurant with a great view of the old town. A nice rarity in hotels: drinks and snacks available in the hotel corridor all day . Reference cleanliness in the room, restaurant, lobby.

If you arrive by car or rent a car for a few days, be sure to secure a parking space at the hotel (there are not many), the underground municipal car park, although very close located, is relatively expensive ar €27 per night

Incredibly helpful staff especially assisting with hotel parking during the Holy Week street closures. We appreciated being upgraded to a room overlooking the Easter week processions…absolutely one of the highlights of our Andalusian holiday. Very comfortable beds and bathrobes making it a luxurious experience. Centre of town close to a variety of restaurants plus all the local sights like the cathedral, Picasso museum and waterfront promenade. A bit pricy but worth every penny!

Would skip the rooftop restaurant… not bad but better options nearby
