The location is perfect. Right at the edge of the old town so walking distance for anywhere we wanted to go. Also exceptional service from Mohammad at front desk, he not only got us our room early but took the time to go over the map for what do to, where to go and where locals would go to eat vs some streets to specifically check for bites while wandering. He really went above and beyond and set the standard for a great mini break

All the light switches. Comical but trying to find a light in middle of night that would let you find the bathroom and not wake partner was a little tricky to learn but quickly got hang of it

Interior and location and lobby! 2 staff member were extremely hospital. (The lady blond hair and shorter guy).

Roof terrace was not the best service. If you ask for cappuccino in 5 star hotel and you don’t have that. I think room for improvement.

Fantastic location. Comfortable and modern rooms. Enjoyed the bath tub! Great views from the pool and breakfast areas. Food was fantastic at the restaurant and breakfast cafe. Staff was very helpful. Felt very safe as a solo traveler (woman).

staff is so friendly and supportive during the all my visit . the restraint location is prefect . the hotel location is in the meddle of downtown and it was so nice to go for shopping at any time .

The location is prime - very close to the port and very close to the city center. No need for public transport because we were close to it all. Also the staff were fantastic - every single person went out of their way to ensure our questions were answered and that we had what we needed. I would definitely go back!

The thermostat was difficult to find (tiny panel behind nightstand allows you to control the air temp). This is so hidden it almost should be mentioned at check-in. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are small --- probably an oversell by the hotel, but we still managed to enjoy an afternoon up there on the rooftop.

The location was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was buzzy and modern, it felt like a real treat staying there and yet comfortable at the same time. The rooftop pool and bar where the deciding factor for us choosing to stay and so worth it.

The only small disappointments were that there were only a total of 5 sun loungers by the rooftop pool for all residents. It would have been good to have some more during the day available. Also we stayed at the start of April and there was no food service available at the rooftop bar, we needed to leave and go to another floor.

Location was amazing and the staff that worked were exceptional and very attentive to every need. The whole staff made the stay worth the while, if i go back it would be specifically because of them first and the location second. (shoutout to Gaultier and Julia, no matter what request or concern I had both always had a smile and helped me)

The fact we can’t bring the car in front of the hotel, it caused us a challenge especially when we first arrived with a taxi that dropped us way far from the hotel and had to drag our bags along the street and try to find the hotel and it was our first time into the city. Another thing was that there was no proper closet or cabinets to store our clothes especially when sharing a room, had to leave my clothes in the bag and take out day by day so it was challenging, I’d recommend to have a couple of drawers under the desks as to not effect the ambiance of the place.

Perfect location. Decor was beautiful & well kept. The food was delicious & the staff were exceptionally helpful & polite. We were there during a bad storm & a supper was provided which was very kind as all restaurants & shops in the city were closed.

There was next to no storage in our room for clothes etc. No wardrobe or drawers at all. Just a very short hanging rail which was above the kettle/coffee machine so not very practical. Also the dark “concrete” en suite was a bit dark & utilitarian, but perhaps that’s just a matter of our personal taste. The hotel is truly beautiful & we loved our double aspect balcony.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. As soon as we walked through the entrance the whole look feeling and ambiance gave an immediate impression of class and style. Staff so friendly courteous and attentive. Rooms very modern and stylish, very quiet even though directly over the main street. Received an upgrade on our room which was also a bonus. Breakfast was on the 7th floor with lovely views and once again oozed style, fantastic choice of food of a very high standard.

8th floor bar/pool area lovely with amazing views, only downside is the size its very small and might be very difficult to get a table/bed during busy periods.
