The ladies working there are super nice and professional, the place is clean and well kept. It offered no less than that which was advertised. It's my second stay and It's a great value for money. I can definitely see myself coming back!

The walls are super thin and you can hear other guests as if they were in your room. This is a common issue in Spain, so not specific to this establishment. Since there is no staff present at night, it might be hard to react, in case you don't want to start conflicts with absolute strangers. Bring those noise cancelling thingies or don't stay too long, cause the noise is really rough.

I came here 7 years ago and stayed again, so this time it was good again. Especially, the staff was very friendly, and I was touched by the way they did their best to meet the needs of the customer, even though the staff was not good at English . Maria, a kind employee, used a translator to communicate well with me^^ I wanted a room with a high view, and I liked it very much. They cleaned the room thoroughly, and most of all, they brought me medicine and took great care of me when I was sick. I was very touched. Thank you very much. The location of the accommodation is the best, and the warm heart of the staff makes Hostal Victoria always the best for me. 7 years ago as well. ... The location

It doesn't have air con. Opening the window to get "fresh air" does not quite work out when it's 34 degrees outside. Obviously, Malaga temperature is not the hotel's fault, but think about this if it's going to be very hot in Malaga during your stay.

Totally brilliant location! Handy to cafes, Picasso Musee, airport bus, waterfront, big market, shopping. Couldn’t be better. Quiet comfortable room overlooking walking street below.

A place to leave bag before 2 pm checkin would be helpful (but not essential. I just took mine to a nearby restaurant while I had lunch), A bottle of water in the room on arrival, and a kettle appreciated, given that Victoria does not serve breakfast.

hostel is totally great located in the heart of malaga, but still you don't feel it - it's in a small street, so it's quiet during night. to the railway/bus station it's aronud 10-15 min walk, the same to the beach. the rooms have everything you need. what's very important - ther's a possibility to leave your luggage. totally recommended for your stay in malaga!

Fantastic location, so close to the main attractions and great restaurant just across the street. Easy communication with the staff and we were very thankful for possible earlier check-in.

The room was rather small in size and with an extra crib and buggy was hard to walk around. It would be good for two people with no extra stuff though. The lift is also small.

Great location, clean rooms, nice staf, real value for money. Reviews that complain should pay more and go somewhere else or expect less ;) because this Hostal really is great.

It's small, but that's what you get in a historical centre. Bring earplugs, in a city centre there will be noise. Be realistic in your expectations.

Located in the heart of the city center of Malaga, near Calle Larios, you won't go wrong by choosing this hotel. Good services and nice staff. We could go out in the night in the center without walking too much. Moreover, it is 10 -15 minutes from the harbour and the sea. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. For the price, it is fully worthy to stay there.

Located in the city center, very close to many restaurants in witch have dinner or just a drink. In only 10 minutes of walk you can reach the beach to got some relax the room was clean and the staff is frendly parking is not connected to the Hostel, but the staff could recommend you a close option

Excellent central location. Friendly, competent staff. Nice thoughtful extras e.g. complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste, also a hairdryer, which I didn't expect in a hostal.

The lack of 24 hour reception meant a little stress and a rush to check in - my plane being late. But the kind staff were more flexible and accommodating about this than I expected.
