Location, design, friendly staff. Rooftop pool area was a peaceful haven.

One evening the rooftop bar was shut for a private event, there was no notification for hotel guests.

A perfectly situated hotel for all age groups especially the elderly. All staff were attentive and caring. I requested a Quiet room and got precisely that though I think other rooms on the main street would be much noisier.

For my part I cannot fault them.

the location of this hotel is right in the centre of Malaga making a lot of the attractions very walkable.

We had a deluxe bedroom which was very large but there is no drawer space. Just wardrobes with some shelves so a chest of drawers under the desk would be a great help.

The bed, sheets and pillows were amazing. Liked having a settee. Great location central to everything. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were always cheerful and friendly.

Bathroom items could have been replaced each day. Pencil in rooms was useless. Insufficient hangers - fortunately brought my own skirt hangers. Despite good glazing was badly disturbed on a few nights. We were not told what we could have at breakfast and only discovered it later. There were no separate servers for the chees and meat despite speaking to staff. Could have been a greater choice of cheese and a little more for vegetarians.

The hotel is lovely and staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's a fantastic location, right beside the cathedral, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Everywhere I wanted to visit was within a short walk including museums, Alcazaba, the Roman theatre, and the port area. The views from the rooftop pool and bar are stunning and it's a great spot for an afternoon drink and a snack. The room was spacious and very clean and modern.

The air conditioning was a little noisy and found I needed to turn it off at night as it was waking me when it came on automatically. Instead of a double bed it was two single beds pushed together. As I was travelling alone it didn't bother me too much but would have preferred to have a double bed.

Loved the location central to everything, room tastefully decorated and comfortable bed. Breakfast very good and did eat one evening meal at Matiz the hotel restaurant which was excellent quality. The roof top bar was really nice a great place to socialise and fabulous cocktails. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful from front desk,restaurant, roof top bar and room cleaning. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

More milk pots on tea tray two little pots not enough

The hotel is in an excellent location with most attraction within easy walking distance. Although our room is next to a busy alley with many restaurants, our room has excellent sound insulation. The faciity is well maintained and the room is comfortalbe.

The staff could be a little more attentive. We arrived by car and did not know that there is valet parking. A person came of out nowhere, took our key and drove it away. It turned out that he worked for the hotel but I wish that I had asked him for a receipt. Instead we worried all night whether he was legit.

Excellent location. We arrived late evening and the restaurant had just closed. The reception staff gave us recommendations for places nearby to eat. We were able to leave our cases at Reception whilst we went out to eat and checked into our room on our return.

We checked out of our room in the morning and did some sightseeing. After a very nice lunch in the hotel we had a couple of hours to wait before our taxi was due. We sat in the hotel foyer but a separate lounge area would have been nicer and more relaxing.

I was with my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair most of the time. The staff were amazing. They were helpful and kind at all times.The hotel is central . You walk out to many restaurants. It’s easy to get a taxi to travel further afield.We requested a room overlooking the cathedral and got 414. It was stunning. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and we managed a gin and tonic in the sun looking at the cathedral. There are many museums and it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach
