Very central location, lovely rooms.

Breakfast area is very small, tables were needing cleaned after previous guests. Courtesy water was supplied in one room but not the other, very odd! And one of the water bottles had already been opened!!!

The location was perfect! 10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station for getting to and from airport. 10-15 minutes walk to everything , Beach, port, old Town, main shopping. Bars and Restaurants are on your doorstep. The bed was huge and comfy, the decor was modern and the bathroom was smart and had a hot powerful shower. Very clean

Our bedroom had quite a small window, limited natural daylight, only a minor issue as we were not spending long in the room and it is a city centre hotel so views were not requested or required. No kettle or mugs for making teas. The Espresso machine available came with tiny shot type glasses for coffee, they were too small and not suitable for enjoying a tea.

The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The room was fine for a four night stay and kept very clean.. Beds were very good, shower was good and powerful, towels good and thick. The location was terrific with only a very short walk to the centre of the city and along by the port. Beautiful trees and plants all over the place. Decent restaurants very near. Plenty to see. Traffic was very well behaved - hardly any sound of horns being used anywhere! The traffic light were a revelation - most had a countdown to show how much time you had to cross the road or wait for the lights to change. If only we had them in London!

Nothing really. That's all there is to say. Wouldn't mind a return visit one day.

The reception staff were extremelly friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were spacious with excellent sound proofing. The breakfast was very good and offered a lovely variety.

The unfortunate smell of the drains in the bathroom of room 406. It was treated at our request but the smell returned again the following morning. There was renovation work with scaffolding being done on the front of the hotel but as the work was being done in daylight hours it didn't affect us too much. Nevertheless, we should have been informed by booking.com at the time of booking that this was being done.

Good location and there was an excellent tapas bar next door. You could walk to the harbour or to the old town in just a few minutes. The room was a good size and there was a small balcony. The shutters, windows and curtains kept the room quiet and dark at night. The beds were really comfy and the tv, lighting and coffee machine were of good quality. The breakfast was self service so you could be quick or take your time. There was a good choice.

The welcome was a little underwhelming and when we asked if there was anything special going on on Andalusia Day (whilst we were there), they came up with a talk at the museum and completely failed to mention all the other events going on.

The modern room with new furniture, comfortable beds. A good location near to most important attraction.

In normal condition I will say the personal was just present. We experimented blackout on the day of departure. We ask the reception person for a room in the hotel if we could not leave the city and they say there are full. In this case we ask them if we can use the sofa on the reception hall in case we don't find a place where to stay and the lady from the reception said "no way". So the word "help" do not seems to familiar to them. The breakfast was good but too poor.

We stayed 6 nights and everyday the housekeeping was doing excelent work. All the requests we had, have been resolved. Just a couple minutes away from main center area, also from train station.

Just for the beach lovers, is a bit far from the beach. The storage for clothes is very limited, the designer thought about making the rooms nice, but didnt think about the needs of the guests. We asked for more hangers and the staff gave us some.

The rooms are very clean. The location is perfect to explore the old town and the pier. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was very good. Spotless throughout. 10/10 would definitely recommend Couldn't hear anything from the main street so was able to sleep very well. Multiple lighting options in the room to make it cozy. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Very easy to use lock safe to keep valuables. Coffee machine in room. Lots on mains outlets at the bed side.

The body soap dispenser ran out in the shower, more of an inconvenience as I'm sure if I asked the front desk they would have filled it up. (Just putting this in to show this is a real review) No usb outlets in room

This is an ideal location, in close proximity to the marina and city centre. There is a wide choice of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I stayed for six nights and was delighted that the room was cleaned every day, and the bedding was changed midway during my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and gave me some excellent restaurant recommendations.

In the middle of downtown, a smaller hotel between residential buildings, near to one of Malaga's main road (with couple of bus stops, bus "A" stops here, comes directly from the Airport ), next to the Parque. We had a smaller room with two comfy single beds and a cot. The coffee maker was a pleasant surprise, refilled every day. Staff was verry helpful, they helped us how to pay directly a parking ticket (to avoid a 90EUR fee)

breakfast was a bit simple (for 12EUR) having a brunch somewhere else worth more. Parking is expensive (17 EUR/day), public parking places are overcrowded, impossible to find a spot in the downtown. Don't park without paying, you'll get a ticket quickly (7,65 EUR, can be directly paid in parking meter)
