We had an excellent 4 night stay here. We arrived after the reception had closed, but the instructions to access the property and the key card for our room were very easy and straight forward. The one bed apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe/drawer space for clothes etc. There is an iron and ironing board which we didn't use. The lounge/dining room/kitchen area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need - cups, glasses, plates, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, cooking stove, fridge/freezer, sink, washing up liquid and scrubber. We didn't use much of it as we eat out. The rooms are soundproofed, so you don't hear anything from the other rooms, however, you do hear the noise from the traffic and the cafe over the road when it opens - but it's not too disruptive. The bathroom has a bath which you have to climb into to take a shower, but the shower was great and reasonably powerful. There were two small bottles of shower gel and a hairdryer and towels. Javier, who looked after the front desk was brilliant. Exceptionally helpful and gave us some good tips and ideas on where we could eat and drink, and info on the station etc. Thank you Javier!

Easy check in at 17:00 check out- the latest at 12pm, the apartment was clean and comfortable and quite spacious, true to the pictures, liked a pocket door between the bedroom and living main area. Located in front of restaurants but in the evening it was quiet and didn't bother at all, however in the early morning the city's garbage trucks were very loud if you are a light sleeper keep that in mind. They offer 2 dedicated parking spots on the 9th floor (around 15 euro per night) in the parking lot close by, it's convenient but very tight since the building is old, if you travel in a big car it can be challenging.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to all main attractions, and yet in a quiet street. The description on the booking.com website is accurate - it's a modern, spacious, well furnished, clean appartment. The air conditioning was very good - the quietest we have come across. Staff, especially Javier, was very friendly and helpful , before and during our stay. We would certainly stay again when in Malaga.

Hardly anything- the only thing is if you intend to do a lot of cooking, it's probably not be the best choice for you as the kitchen is relatively basic.

Well placed, walking distance to the town centre. Javier was welcoming and friendly , he recommended some places to see and where to dine if you wish to taste the local dishes ☺️. The building is secure and needs the key card to access the front door at night. We got discounted parking fees as guests of the Suites.

There's noise from the restaurants opposite the building but it's what you can expect from a place in the city I suppose. The place was tidy and clean but the housekeeping was done only once during our one week stay. It's close to the convenience store but it would be nice if there was coffee/tea and milk on arrival.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed information about the apartment and even a comprehensive map of the old town with recommendations on places to visit upon our arrival. The apartment itself was modern, cozy, and very well-equipped with a microwave, washing machine, kettle, and all the necessary dishes. We enjoyed having breakfast at the nearby cafes or restaurants. The huge terrace was a highlight, offering stunning views of the port and ample space for sunbathing. The location was another major plus. A short walk to the left took us to a vibrant market with a wide selection of fresh seafood, fruits, and other local delicacies. Heading straight towards the port, we arrived at a charming marina lined with restaurants and the beautiful La Malagueta beach within 10 minutes. The apartment itself was spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed (linens for the sofa bed were available for an additional fee, which we were aware of in advance). While there was some city noise at night, it quietened down around 1-2 AM. We did need to purchase our own salt, coffee, and laundry detergent, so it's worth keeping this in mind if you plan to cook or do laundry during your stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

Excellent location. So easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was perfect. Picked up key from the reception, a very nice and friendly man, he gave us a map and told us where things were located. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was good to have a change of bedding and towels during our stay too. Close to supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants, fish and veg indoor market, main shopping area, port, beach, bike hire etc. Only 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. Had a wonderful time and so pleased we chose to stay in this apartment.

The member of staff at reception was very helpful with the local area. So many people nowadays don’t bother with this and presume you’re ok if you have access to the internet. A little local knowledge goes a long way, especially when you’re in a place for such a short time. Thank you! We loved the fact that we were so central (3minutes from the port; 13 minutes from the Picasso museum, cathedral etc. Bars and restaurants were on the doorstep. The apartment was everything we wanted - comfortable, similar price to a hotel, but more facilities than a hotel (we cooked on one of the nights). It was modern, clean and tasteful.

A couple more pillows in the cupboard would have been nice. A general cupboard for basic cooking - eg salt, pepper, oil. We left some in the apartment, but I doubt they will be left there for the next person! A slightly earlier check in would be helpful - 5pm is quite late. Most other places say 3pm.

The location was excellent within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, the historic centre, the marina and the beach. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a good en-suite bathroom. Kitchen was well appointed with a washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable, good cupboard space and the quietest A/C we have ever experienced. Very little traffic noise at night. Felt very secure.

The reception opening hours are a little bit problematic but there is a restaurant and a cafe directly opposite the building so we just had a meal and a drink whilst waiting for the reception to open. Once open the staff were very friendly and helpful.

check in was a bit frustrating due to our arrival was a few hours ahead of time so they accepted that we consign the luggage and told us to come back on exact check in time when our room would be ready. We were exhausted after a long 10 hour total trip and we really needed somewhere to wash our face and hands and change, but we were not offered that, instead, we had to walk 3 hours downtown Malaga to buy time until check in time. But it was worth the wait, the appartroom was comfortable and super nice. second suggestion for improvement: not enough hand soap, courtesy shampoo , shower gel and toilet paper : they supplied very few, but otherwise, the rest of the service was impecable.

The location is excellent within very easy reach of town and beach. The property was clean and comfortable although we had the penthouse so had a large terrace. I doubt we would have enjoyed it so much without it. Having read other reviews we asked for a mattress topper and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and the shower had very good pressure. There is a reception with limited hours but we didn't need to ask them anything. The towels were changed twice during our stay over Christmas. There are two excellent bakers and a plethora of restaurants nearby.

There was a slight miscommunication when it appeared we might arrive late. Reception insisted on a copy of my passport before they would send entry instructions and although I sent it twice they apparently couldn't access the attachment. However on the third attempt it succeeded. As it happened although we had comprehensive instructions we managed to arrive before reception left. This was a minor irritation but might have been a problem if we weren't travelling from home.
