Beds were comfortable and room was quite spacious. The location is ideal . Area nearby was safe and lively even at night. There was a carrefour 3 minute walk away. All the main sights were 10-15 minute walk away. Less than 5 minutes walk from alameda train station and bus stops. Really liked the decor especially the matte black bathroom fixtures. It looked modern like it was recently redecorated. There was an nespresso machine with coffee pods to use in the room and chocolates/two bottles of water in the fridge which were never replenished after the first day. Highlight of the room was definitely the french windows with small balcony that opened out onto the streets. I also love the smell of the toiletries provided. The reception and staff were courteous.

The room could do with some upkeep. Two of the lights did not work in my room, one by the table and one in the bathroom by the mirror. And the bathroom door handle was also loose. There was no kettle in the room to make tea. And the carpet outside the room in the hallway had a big stain on it. I could not secure the shutters on the french Windows as the wind was knocking them about hence i had to keep the shutters closed during my stay. All are minor details. Overall had a great stay.

Lovely hotel, we liked the decor and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff (reception staff, breakfast staff and housekeeping). Our room was on the fourth floor and very quiet. One of the reasons we chose the hotel is that is was a 12 minute walk to Malaga Zambrano train station and we stayed at the hotel Sunday and Monday night before catching the train to Granada on the Tuesday and then returning to the hotel on the Thursday night. It is also a 3 minute walk to Malaga Centro station and we caught the train from the airport to Malaga Centro. Reception staff organised a taxi for us to the airport for the morning of our flight home. The hotel is close to the old town and the port is less than 15 minutes walk away. Malaga old town is very compact and you can walk everywhere, including to La Malagueta beach. We found breakfast to be very good value for money at about 12 Euros and there was a good choice of food, including hot food. We had messaged the hotel to ask to leave our luggage, but when we arrived at around midday on the first day of our holiday, our room was ready for us. There is a 24 hour reception and when we arrived back from Granada at around 9pm check-in was also quick and easy. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel and spending a few days in the lovely city of Malaga as well as a train trip up to Granada.

Nothing to improve but just be aware that some rooms have a walk in shower and others have a bath with a shower over it that you would need to step in to. If this would cause you a problem you will need to mention it to the hotel. As mentioned above we had two stays in one week at the hotel so two different rooms, both lovely just with different bathrooms.

Super clean, the bed is really big and so comfortable!!! We slept really good! It’s a pretty hotel The staff is incredible sweet and friendly. We felt very welcome! From the housekeeping, reception and the breakfast staff: Everyone was incredibly friendly! The Location is perfect!!!! It is a 5-8 minute walk to the city center and 15-20 Minutes walk to the Playa la Malagueta. You can generally get anywhere from there :)

You can hear a lot of noise through the hotel room door. But that's complaining on a high level

- Location was perfect: the bus stop from and to the airport is 5 minutes walking away. The train station is also 15 minutes walking. If you wanted to go to the old town, it’s also 10 minutes walking. Walking to the beach is 15-20 minutes walking - Near the hotel, there were 2 parking spots where you could find electric scooters to commute to the beach e.g. - The bed and pillows were suuuper comfortable! - Even though the hotel is located on a quite busy street, you can’t hear any noise from outside - Air conditioning was working perfectly! It was around 30 degrees in Malaga but the room was always nicely cool - We stayed for 6 nights, and around the 2nd night when we chose to clean our room, they left some macarons with a nice note on the bed. Really nice of them!

- The only negative thing is that we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. Some people were talking really loud in the hallway. For the rest, we don’t have anything else that was negative!

Great location , staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent , had a great sleep. The breakfast is typical Spanish, however it is served in the basement with no natural light.

When we arrived we were texted a Red Alert for the next day, so we were confined to our room for most of the day. There was no communication or contact by the staff to see if we were in need of anything. There was no restaurant to provide a meal or a bar for a drink. We were told on check out the mini bar was free.....pity this was not told to us during the red alert. Just a roll of bread would have being welcomed. Also the next day reception told us all trains were running, however when we went to get connection to airport there were no trains running, luckily we found a taxi just in time to get us to airport. Overall Red Alert was unfortunate, but a communication would have been more reassuring.

Very friendly staff and location of the hotel is amazing, walk distance to both beach and city center. Great room, comfy bed and noise isolation. The only disadvantage was a shower corner where despite closing water was often leaking. Our fourth floor was extremely hot in the corridor but this is only for the interest. Thank you for stay!

Actually everything was nice. I liked room size, bed size, bed comfort, amount of pillows, temperature, windows noise reduction, bathroom, cleaness and smell, breakfast choice and quality, great coffee (Illy), staff, localisation, light. What we liked most was the big windows with view directly on palm trees. I asked for room on that side of the building and I loved it. Palm trees behind the windows really makes it special when you travel in winter from north Europe to the south.

Actually the only 1 thing I would complain was scrumbled eggs temperature. I know scrumbled eggs in hotel is nothing special to expect, but should be well heated for breakfast. But the rest of food was nice quality.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect. A special thank you to Javier at the reception. He is an incredibly kind, helpful, and courteous man who made us feel welcome from the very first minute. The staff in general was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the start. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of many of Málaga’s main tourist attractions. The hotel was spotless, with rooms cleaned daily – something I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but had everything I needed to start the day. It is definitely a place I would choose to stay again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast was good, excellent choice of breakfast items although scrambled egg and bacon were not very warm.

A bar would make a huge difference. Mini bar in room had a (small) QR code for price list, this could be highlighted on the card advising of wifi. There were a couple of long black hairs in the bed and bathroom. I was not very well during my stay and although you state that you can provide what your customer wants, when I asked if the use of a wheelchair was available this was not an option. This is fair enough but perhaps you could signpost customers where to hire one or perhaps you could have borrowed one from another hotel.
