Extremely friendly staff at the front desk - The gentlemen who checked us in was brilliant and gave us all sorts of help with tourism information; on check out - there was an issue with our hotel shuttle on the day of our departure but that was sorted promptly and with no issue by the woman at the desk, we only arrived 15 minutes later to the airport that expected and were happy

Soap in the bathroom wasn't filled up throughout our stay, had to use the one in the shower instead - we didn't make the reception aware of this, just decided to deal with it instead; Air con was a bit on the slow side to cool down the room and keep cool at night - wasn't too much of an issue because we were in Malaga in May, but in Summer, might have been a different story.

Superb location within easy walking to all must see areas of Central Malaga. Good sized bedrooms, simply decorated but most importantly a very large comfortable bed! Great coffee making facilities and well stocked mini bar. Also, the roof top terrace was very nice for a drink with a spectacular view over the city! Decent breakfast as well..nothing fancy but everything fresh and tasty.

I would've preferred a walk in shower but not really an issue. We loved the hotel but it certainly isn't a 4 * establishment. Quite a basic hotel but not an problem for us as most importantly it was very clean (albeit a little dated in areas).

Location, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable, nice choice at breakfast, very clean, plenty of room for two people (not a couple) sharing.

Bad Smell from basement area rose into the lifts.

Good location felt safe in surrounding streets. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. Room was quiet. The lifts worked well and were quick with little time waiting. Loved the upstairs bar. Helpful when we wanted to leave our luggage after check out.

There was no parking available in the hotel parking and couldnt be prebooked. The parking on the street once you got it was cheaper than the recommended underground parking. You did have to feed the meter but was able to get overnight for few Euro. The staff member in the upstairs bar could have been a bit more friendlier.

I had a fairly satisfying stay at this hotel. It is in a great location - Soho district is very interesting itself and it's close to both Malagueta Beach and the old town. The breakfast availability, in-room coffee machine, and comfortable bed are definite pluses of this hotel. Although I didn't have the chance to use the rooftop terrace bar, the view from there was very nice!

The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and there was some noise from the corridor and other rooms

Location was good for the short time we were there, a short walk from the end of the train line from the Airport. Breakfast was great, not over the top but enough for our needs. Liked the terrace cocktail bar to get the afternoon sun when it was not on the street cafes.

The terrace cocktail bar was having some mechanical issues and although they offered pina colada cocktails, they only had two bottles of pineapple juice. Lift doesn't go to the terrace, there are a couple of flights of stairs to get to it.

Location was perfect for getting to and from the railway station by foot. Very central, all amenities within walking distance.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to boil water. Coffee machine came with no instructions although receptionist did kindly offer to show me how it worked.

Nice welcome gift in the form and some mini cakes in the room and a free welcome drink in the rooftop bar. Breakfast was nice.

The dirty cake tray in our room was not cleared away during our stay. The shampoo dispenser was empty and they gave us a new bottle to fit into the dispenser but you needed a key to fit it in the dispenser so we couldn’t do it but also the clearers in the morning didn’t do it.

Nice hotel, within a short walk from the downtown and port promenade. Comfy bed, desk, bathroom. WiFi Internet is average - stable, but not too fast. They have a parking, well priced for the town area. However, it fits just about 10 cars. They have deals to park for the same price at a few public parking nearby, however on a popular day (like Saturday evening) it wasn't possible to park in the area at all (all parking full, plus heavy traffic all around). Should you find yourself in this situation, there is a large Saba parking underneath Malaga Maria Zambrano train station, at 22 EUR / day if you pay at the parking office right after entering it, and it is just 15 mins walk from the hotel.

City location, easy to find our way around Malaga once we had got our bearings and sorted out the map. Don't be put off by the location as there are places to eat nearby which offer a variety of menu choices.

The bedroom was a little tired, no instructions for the coffee machine, no wastepaper bin, trivial really but needs mentioning.
