Friendly staff, room was big and clean. They have some parking space in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. After that you can drive a bit further to the underground parking, the staff explained everything very clearly. The walk to the city centre is about 15 minutes.

The rooms were a bit outdated. Their airconditioning is an older system which cannot cool the room if they are still using the heating. We were here end of March and the heating was still enabled so the airconditioning did not work. We opened the window to cool the room but there is a lot of noise outside so you cannot leave it open during the night.

This is the second time we’ve stayed there as location is ideal. 15 mins walk to the old town & 15 mins walk in other direction to main railway station. If coming from the airport take the train to Malaga Centro Alameda & hotel is less than 5 mins walk away (not quite sure why they don’t advertise this). Good tapas bar nearby recommended by the helpful receptionist.

For the price paid I think they could give you some complimentary water instead of charging for it. There was also only one teabag each in the room & when I asked for milk I was told they couldn’t give me any.

The room was clean, spacious and extremely quiet given the central location. Its location next to the train station serving the airport as well as to Malaga's main train and bus station makes it convenient for anyone arriving in or departing from Malaga. The reception and breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast was comprehensive and good value for money.

Everything was excellent. I don't think the hotel serves food other than breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearbye.

We were very satisfied how close we were from the center and everything was walking distance.

We weren't satisfied that even though they did have parking it wasn't a big enough to enter because of the size of the car even though the car was a medium size vehicle. We had to park at least 200 meters somewhere else in private parking which was still okay but we were expecting parking from the hotel. The breakfast was okay nothing special. I feel like they could have put a little bit more effort into that presentation of the breakfast for a four-star Hotel.

Staff were very nice and speaking good English. Room was very specious, bed comfortable, and hotel is in the city center, next to the train station which makes it easy to reach from airport. The main promenade and city center is 5 min walk from the hotel, many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as good connection with local trains which makes it easier to visit other cities in Andalusia.

Main beach Malagueta is 30 min walk from hotel which was the main reason why we decided to change the hotel for our second part of vacation. There is no swimming pool, and generally hotel facilities are limited so it is more 3 star than 4 star hotel. For some reason, there is no toilette brush in hotel, and also in the second hotel we changed there was no toilet brush, so it might be something cultural, but I found it very strange.

Excellent location a short walk from the Old Town and many of the attractions. The room was good, and we appreciated the extra travel toiletries provided. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Malaga.

Ideally we would have been provided with a double bed instead of two singles pushed together. The temperature of the water in the shower was a bit inconsistent and caused a bit of pain when you got caught off guard by a sudden change to very hot!

The location of the hotel is great if you are traveling from the airport. It’s a short journey on the C-1 line and the last stop on the line is just behind the hotel. The hotel is also really convenient for exploring the centre of Malaga. Everything is within walking distance. We arrived early at the hotel and were delighted to find that our room was ready for check-in. The team at reception were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and was nice and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel and were really pleased with the options that were available.

I had no issues with anything in this hotel.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly (thank you very much to the lovely lady at the reception, who wanted to change my room to a less noisy one). I appreciated. Standard breakfast, fine for me. The location is near the historic center and the port (walking 15-20 min).

The hotel is located on a busy street and there is traffic noise in the room. I have nothing to complain about. The staff was very helpful and found me a room that was somehow on a terrace hidden away from the traffic (this room was an exception). The heating of the room is maintained by ventilation/blown air (if the heating fan remains open during the night, the noise of the ventilation can be heard).

Location excellent. We walked the city in the beautiful sunshine, so close to old town, fabulous and of course the Marina, breath taking views, lots of restaurants. Beautiful.bedroom, made up everyday attention to detail thank you so much. The breakfast was fantastic, suits all. Great variety of hot and cold, loads of fruit, healthy option.. The staff were fantastic and so helpful particularly the lady we met for our four mornings, so friendly and so helpful. The shopping area is also is the surrounding area. Larious S Centre is 10 mins from hotel, Primark, Zara and Dunnes Stores amongst many others. Take the train to the hotel from Airport 12 mins, 4th and last stop Centro Almeda, €2.20 each way. The hotel is 5 mins from here. If you fancy some Gourmet lunch or a shopping splurge why not visit El Cortes Englese, in the vicinity . Lorrenzos for Gelato., delicious.

Ladies be so careful with your bag. Wallet was stolen 😔 from my sister's bag, close to Malaga Cathedral. What a shock to the system. She was carrying a backpack, never felt a thing, thieves are so professional . Be careful. Hotel reception would need to be more alert to Police telephone numbers and contact times of Police Stations, as this experience is so frightening for the tourist/guest. Attention is required from the hotel at this point.
