The location was just right for our purposes- close enough to the centre but not right in it, so pleasantly quiet, and the railway station in the next street ran trains every twenty minutes to the airport. (Tickets a couple of quid each.) Room spacious with a huge comfortable bed; both the room and the bathroom were very clean, plenty of hot water and air-con worked well (by no means a given). Staff charming and helpful (we speak a little Spanish but their English was much better, though they were fine about us having a try). Breakfast excellent. We’d happily stay there again.

Nothing significant. Our window looked out on to a wall- a view is always nice, but not essential. We could have chosen a room with a more interesting outlook if we’d paid a little more, I think.

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel in Málaga. The area is very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and even the local market just steps away — although it was a pity that the Contemporary Art Center across the street was closed for renovations during our visit. The room itself was a highlight: the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in August!), and the bathtub added a nice touch of relaxation.

If anything, the staff could have been a bit more attentive, but overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location was ideal — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. I especially appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring. Overall, the warm service and cleanliness made this a really enjoyable stay. I’ll happily return on my next trip!

Friendly staff, room was big and clean. They have some parking space in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. After that you can drive a bit further to the underground parking, the staff explained everything very clearly. The walk to the city centre is about 15 minutes.

The rooms were a bit outdated. Their airconditioning is an older system which cannot cool the room if they are still using the heating. We were here end of March and the heating was still enabled so the airconditioning did not work. We opened the window to cool the room but there is a lot of noise outside so you cannot leave it open during the night.

The hotel fully deserves its 4 stars. The room is large, clean and equipped with a fridge. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, from which you can get to all the attractions of Malaga. There is also a metro station that takes you straight to the airport (4 stops). On foot, you can reach the Cathedral, Roman Theatre, Alcazaba and Mercado de Atarazanas in a few minutes. Breakfasts with a large selection and high quality products. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the train station. Professional staff, always willing to help.

The room was clean, spacious and extremely quiet given the central location. Its location next to the train station serving the airport as well as to Malaga's main train and bus station makes it convenient for anyone arriving in or departing from Malaga. The reception and breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast was comprehensive and good value for money.

Everything was excellent. I don't think the hotel serves food other than breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearbye.

This is the second time we’ve stayed there as location is ideal. 15 mins walk to the old town & 15 mins walk in other direction to main railway station. If coming from the airport take the train to Malaga Centro Alameda & hotel is less than 5 mins walk away (not quite sure why they don’t advertise this). Good tapas bar nearby recommended by the helpful receptionist.

For the price paid I think they could give you some complimentary water instead of charging for it. There was also only one teabag each in the room & when I asked for milk I was told they couldn’t give me any.

We were very satisfied how close we were from the center and everything was walking distance.

We weren't satisfied that even though they did have parking it wasn't a big enough to enter because of the size of the car even though the car was a medium size vehicle. We had to park at least 200 meters somewhere else in private parking which was still okay but we were expecting parking from the hotel. The breakfast was okay nothing special. I feel like they could have put a little bit more effort into that presentation of the breakfast for a four-star Hotel.

Staff were very nice and speaking good English. Room was very specious, bed comfortable, and hotel is in the city center, next to the train station which makes it easy to reach from airport. The main promenade and city center is 5 min walk from the hotel, many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as good connection with local trains which makes it easier to visit other cities in Andalusia.

Main beach Malagueta is 30 min walk from hotel which was the main reason why we decided to change the hotel for our second part of vacation. There is no swimming pool, and generally hotel facilities are limited so it is more 3 star than 4 star hotel. For some reason, there is no toilette brush in hotel, and also in the second hotel we changed there was no toilet brush, so it might be something cultural, but I found it very strange.

Excellent location a short walk from the Old Town and many of the attractions. The room was good, and we appreciated the extra travel toiletries provided. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Malaga.

Ideally we would have been provided with a double bed instead of two singles pushed together. The temperature of the water in the shower was a bit inconsistent and caused a bit of pain when you got caught off guard by a sudden change to very hot!
