1.Location close to city centre yet away from hustle and bustle. 2. Cosy room with all requirements, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, TV with news channels in English, hairdryer, magnifying mirror. 3. I asked for a quiet room and was delighted that my sleep was never disturbed. 4. Spotless 5. Kind and friendly staff
Lack of tea/coffee making anywhere in hotel. It is a bed only hotel. I knew this from reviews before I booked so was prepared. Nevertheless on 6th of Jan when cafe across the road was closed I had to walk some distance to get a warm drink.

Breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable, clean and nice. Bathroom was big and had a window. Overall everything was great.
Closed hotel door so that you couldn't leave on your own untill you tell the room number to the receptinist was quite weird, never had experienced such behaviour in hotel. I understand in the night, but 9 am? We didn't mind telling the room number so that they could clean, but is it really necesarry? what if i wanted to come back to the hotel after breakfast, do I need to explain that every time, where I go and when I come back to the room? Isn't hotel door sign for this? It only happend with one receptionist, the others didn't do that.

This is my second time staying at Zeus when I’m on my to or from the airport, it’s very comfortable, very near the station, good value and has lovely and very helpful staff. I arrived on a late flight and was very grateful to check in after midnight.
Nothing really. Maybe for those arriving on late flights the reception could offer some cold beers and refrescos from a fridge kept there, since the reception is staffed all night. Actually for anyone arriving, if the price is right. You would pay a little extra for a cold drink even if you didn’t arrive late as it would be there and available.

A decent two-star hotel with modest breakfasts. Please note that you will need to walk to a hotel on the next street for breakfast.
We stayed at the hotel for one night. Unfortunately, our window was broken, and I couldn’t close it. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they told me that the repair would be done the next day. However, we were checking out the next morning, so nothing was fixed during our stay. As a result, we had to spend our only night with the window open. The room was on the second floor, quite low to the ground, which made us feel uneasy — it was a bit scary thinking someone could potentially climb in during the night.

Friendly staff, clean room and neat lobby area. You can leave your bag/luggage after check out. Close to the airport, I used the bus line A from and to airport (€4 only each journey, you pay with contactless!). I walked to the city centre both by the port and following the river, it takes roughly 20 mins so it’s a perfect location. There are also 2 cafes nearby and supermarkets 5 mins away. The room is basic, no kettle or fridge but it’s not advertised so I knew what I was booking. Breakfast at the hotel 5 mins away it’s a good buffet (pastries, jam, yogurt, ham, cheese, prosciutto iberico etc). I really enjoyed Malaga, beaches are beautiful!

Great cleanliness for 2* hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable, despite that the mattress was old (on springs vs foam, as most mattresses are nowadays). Staff polite and helpful. Cleaning was made everyday. Reception open 24/24. We didn't have breakfast. Close to train station (7 min by foot) but a bit far from city center (25 min by foot). Centralized A/C working well (we tested on heat, as it was cold in the room).
There were some downsides, but hard to complain for 2* - overall quality ok for the price. I can point out that soundproof was bad, we could hear even the phone notifications of other guests. Doors closing made huge noise. I didn't like that the bed cover was the blanket itself, I would expect separate blanket so you can remove the cover of the bed at night (for hygiene purposes). The room we received had views to some inner stairs, so the room was dark and cold. We didn't complain about this because we requested a quiet room so I assume this was the only option not facing the main street.

Beautiful hotel exceptional value for money
It's a little out of the way. We only used it for a stop over so it fitted our purpose but if you are going to be spending a bit of time there it's a little off the beaten track. However you are very close to a railway station and it's only 1 stop to the centre of Málaga plus there is a shopping centre with a very good food court in the station. If you are looking for a beautiful spotless clean hotel and don't mind a small bit of traveling this is the place for you. The hotel is exceptional and unbelievable value for money

The room is new and it has all the necessary for your staying. It doesn't has refrigerator but I asked in the reception to keep some food and they did and they were very polite. The location is good very close to railway station and I walked to every place from there. I did not have breakfast in hotel but there are many cafeterias close to the hotel were I had breakfasts. I could say that I have been to many 3 star hotels and this hotel is much better.
Maybe there is no refrigerator in the room, but it is a 2-star hotel. I think it is very good for only being 2 stars.

Spotlessly clean and a bright, fresh room and public areas. .Comfy bed, extra blankets and towels. Hanging space for clothes, comfy chair and small desk. Bathroom looked as though it had just been newly refreshed (toilet seat looked new and new sealant around basin and bath).Free WiFi. When I was there, I found it very quiet in and around the premises. I slept very well. Friendly and helpful reception staff helped me up the first short flight of steps to the lift, with my heavy suitcase. Allowed me to check in almost 2 hours early, or even if that hadn't been possible, I could leave my luggage there, until the room was ready. Extremely handy location. A stone's throw from the bus and train stations. A straight walk along the river to the tourist area and monuments, museums etc. They ordered me a taxi for the airport, early next morning, which arrived bang on time. Great value for money. Will definitely be returning 🙂👍.
Can't actually think of anything

This hotel is an incredible find! Officially rated 2 stars due to lacking facilities like a coffee machine or on-site restaurant, it truly delivers a 4-star experience where it counts. The location is unbeatable, the price is fantastic, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. If you’re looking for comfort, style, and excellent value, this hotel exceeds expectations. Don’t let the rating fool you—this is a hidden gem that feels much more luxurious than advertised. Highly recommended!
