Lovely hotel

The noise at night was nothing short of unacceptable, I feel like I had a better nights sleep in party places like Ibiza, constant banging of doors and shouting, our door was knocked twice during the night. We are in our late 30s and aren’t against people having a good time, but this really made us not want to stay there again

Fantastic location, train literally from the airport to the door of the hotel. Loved the rooftop pool and bar, cocktails were good. Slide is cool! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The poolbar was closed on the Tuesday of our stay which meant having to go down 8 floors to the bar for a drink and we couldn't order food on the rooftop either. The bar staff weren't friendly at all. Also we were literally followed into breakfast by the man in charge of breakfast asking us to pay with the credit card machine in his hand - we were still putting food onto our plates!

The room was large. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Clean spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Complimentary dental & shaving kit. Fluffy towels & robes. Fridge & safe were useful. Kettle & coffee machine were great. Good wardrobe storage & drawers. Very clean. Quiet with window closed but nice to have fresh air too. Staff were extremely friendly & concierge was helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Vast choice of excellent quality food. Staff constantly clearing tables & bringing fresh food. Great location with an exit into the train & metro station & close to the bus station. 1 metro stop from the city centre. Just 15 minutes by train to the airport. Close to 2 shopping centers. All in all a fabulous place to stay & I would rate it 4*++.

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and was the best part of our stay here. The staff was also professional and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is directly linked to the train station, so if you're coming to or leaving Málaga via train, the location is perfect. It is, however, a solid 30-minute walk away from the city center, but we did that walk multiple times and the route is a pleasant one.

The bathroom was separated from the bedroom not with a normal wall and door, but with a very weird curtain. First of all, that's not very hygienic, and second of all, that does not allow for a person to go to the bathroom in the night and turn the lights on there without waking the other person up. The shower head was also broken and a bit tricky to deal with. Also, the wardrobe consisted of a single rack with hangers and zero shelves for folded up clothes.

Breakfast N/A Location next to station was 10/10. Very close to city center. Nice lobby with water and atmosphere. The bar that extends outside its also nice and cozy. Parking was also good. Close by and also accurately described on the Booking.com. Room was good. Had basic amenities. Other hotels charged for a locker per day and had horrendous lighting. In comparison, this was nice and had a nice vibe.

A complimentary bottle of water each day the rooms are cleaned up. Also when checking in, a short explanation of what is in the nearby area. Where to go, like a map for example.

The reception had Very plush furnishings that were modern and welcoming with bar, outdoor seating and a slide at reception! Our room was spacious with two tvs! Bathroom was huge with separate bath and walk in shower. The breakfast was amazing with smoothies and Buck’s Fizz, plus everything else you could wish for. The roof top pool and bar was relaxing and breezy with ample amount of sun loungers and great views. We loved our 4 night stay.

It was a 15-20 minute walk to Malaga centre, however for us this was good to walk off our dinner. And if you wanted a one stop train, with the train st just around the corner from the hotel, so not really a dislike! Struggling to find a negative comment!

After visiting last year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we could not wait to re visit. We arrived to a lovely reception, helpful, polite and attentive. It was our wedding annivesrary and they surprised us with a bottle of fizz, a card and chocolate strawberries in our room. How lovely was that! Rooms are spacious very clean, big bathroom and the shower is lovely., The beds are massive and super comfortable, We booked breakfast and the choice is brilliant, again, wonderful staff. The 2 barmen who served us throughout our stay were lovely. The roof top pool is an added bonus, great sun trap and the pool was great to cool down . Brilliant location, we got off the aeroplane, on to the metro and 3 stops we were at the hotel. We cannot wait to book again for next year.

Loved every single thing. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and the facilities. Room so comfortable, beds gorgeous. Three pillows to choose from. No noise at night. Lovely coffee machine with lots of coffee, plus kettle and mini bar with soft drinks, lots of water and beers - even non-alcoholic beer. A steamer was provided which was excellent. We were given a bottle of cava and chocolates which was so nice. Breakfast was honestly incredible, smoothies, Buck's Fizz, omelette station, so many choices of everything you could want. The roof top pool was great, lots of sun loungers - didn't go into the pool as it was busy, but enjoyed sitting up there. The slide is good fun, we went down to the bar on it from 1st floor. Drinks not expensive at the bar. We were getting the train the next morning and it is literally 1 minute away - so easy. Great hotel!

Initially we were given a room that was already occupied. We had to drag our luggage back down to Reception and wait ro have a different room assigned with no explanation of how we were initially assigned an occupied room. Later that evening we returned to our room to find the card access would not work. We were told we had to wait until the technician came to replace the battery in the locking device. No real apology offered. The next morning we made a firm but polite complaint about the inconvenience, and were offered a sincere apology, and the offer of breakfast. In the end the staff member on duty that morning (22 April) was helpful, and very sympathetic.

The hotel was immensely modern and clean, staff were cleaning and maintaining the whole time we were there. The bedrooms are very stylish and the beds were fantastic, If i could buy the bed, pillows and linen for my house i would. the roof top bar was a highlight.

Some of the floor panels in the roof top bar were unsupported from underneath so it was a bit of a trip hazard. The pool could have done with a clean around the water line. In the room the water bottles weren't replaced after we had drank them on the first day.
