We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time to leave our luggage. During the process, our room became available, and we were allowed to check in early which was a wonderful and much-appreciated gesture from the hotel. The hotel has direct access to a shopping center on the first floor, which includes an Eroski supermarket along with other typical shops. The hotel itself is very quiet, making for a peaceful stay. Both the main train and bus stations are within a reasonable walking distance, as well as the Málaga-Centro-Alameda train station.

The hotel is located a bit away from the main bus stops, so a short walk is needed. Most of the useful bus stops are halfway between the hotel and the historic center.

Very clean and staff were very polite and friendly. The apartment was spacious and in a fantastic location right next to a supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the centre. Also Halal food available just 5 minutes walk away. I had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel. It felt like an apartment and the building is very well laid out.,

It is on the pricey side. For the price, I think breakfast should be included. And I think they should have some shelves a bit higher up to put things in so that small children can’t reach every where.

Great hotel if you want to be near the city centre. Its a 10 minute walk from both the train and bus stations so extremely handy for travel connections. It backs onto a large shopping mall so good for shopping and restaurants etc. Good room size, A/C and good facilities. The hotel breakfast was great and had a good selection of cereals, meats and continental food.

The view outside my room looked out to the shopping mall carpark. Nothing amazing but didn't affect my stay. Although the room was large and modern, the bathroom interior seemed dated as if the room got refurbished but the bathroom didn't.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location is perfect! Very near the train and bus station, connected to a shopping centre with everything you might need and walking distance to the old town and port. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and with everything you need. We loved hotel breakfast, a lot of different options and very friendly staff. There's an option to sit outside during breakfast, and it is very nice in the morning. Hotel has a parking too. We stayed for a week and would definitely visit again.

I was most impressed with the staff who were very friendly, helpful and always accommodating to your needs. From reception to cleaning to restaurant staff, they were all brilliant. A special thanks to Maria and Huelio at reception. We loved the location as it was close to shops and restaurants. The rooms and hotel was super clean with a great fragrance in the reception. We loved the beds as they were super comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Most definitely would love to visit again.

The only areas for improvement would be: 1. More hot veg options at breakfast. 2. Temperature of shower fluctuating between hot and cold. 3. Parking in shopping centre was only discounted if keeping the car in the carpark, without going in and out.

Easy to drive to , parking was close by ( albeit a bit pricey ) and staff were great ! The room was modern and comfortable.

A good walk from the down town , central areas . Parking was expensive ( although less than if we had paid the actual parking lot fees ….and it was a bit complicated to get out of the parking lot . The staff ( in the parking lot ) didn’t speak English and our Spanish was not sufficient enough to communicate.

From the start you can feel beautiful smell, breakfast delicious, lady on the reception was so polite and kind. We arrived in middle of the night and she absolutely make it so easy for us and smooth. My little boy get from her a pen which make him so happy. All personel welcoming and smily. Close to city centre, 20mins walk to beach, near by bus stops and metro. Big market just one min from hotel. Very clean, modern, and fresh place.

All been perfect

The hotel is located next to a large shopping center, where you can leave your car and get to the reception directly from there. You will pay for parking at the hotel (so cheaper). Large room, comfortable beds, good ventilation. Breakfast selection is very diverse. Really good place to stay for a short time.

If you arrive during the opening hours of the shopping center, you may have to circle the parking lot until you find a place. We came on Saturday. It took almost half an hour to find a place for parking.

Very nice and kind people working there! The breakfast was very good! Shopping mall was conveniently connected to the hotel. Mini bar included in the room rate.

The room was a bit outdated and/or not very well maintained - bathroom floor had tiles floating and bathroom door was peeled off and from the moisture. Regularly fixing some scratches or replacing overused items could definitely go a long way in changing a bit that feeling.

Location, recently refurbished rooms with clean/modern design lines, cleanliness, helpful staff, in particular super warm and helpful receptionist (didn’t catch her name but she was expecting her first child). Also met with some fair freebies which was a very nice touch.

Nothing we didn’t like. Never include breakfast in our bookings as somewhat pricey.
