Everything. All facilities modern and tasteful. Location excellent, bedroom, bathroom and lighting very good, all facilities including wifi worked well, excellent breakfast buffet or cooked to order included in price, and staff invariably friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In short everything about the hotel exceeded our high expectations.

The only thing we have a minor quibble about was the absence of a spare room in which to change our clothes as there was a long delay between vacating our room and our fli=ght departure time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. All the facilities one could hope for were available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The breakfast was particularly impressive – a wide variety of fresh options, well-prepared and plentiful. One of the highlights was the rooftop – a truly stunning spot with breathtaking views and outstanding service. It added something extra special to the experience and quickly became one of my favorite places to unwind.

The only downside was the lack of communication during a power cut. It would have been helpful to receive updates or reassurance from the staff during that time. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the rooms didn’t seem to work properly afterward, which was a bit inconvenient. Also Netflix was not working (even before the power cut). Despite these small issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

Me and my wife were very happy of the hotel. The rooms have a nice touch of moderness without being "cold". The superior room was more than big enough and I enjoyed the little private balcony. The staff was quick and very friendly. They even got us a little special attention in the room because they noticed we loved the little sweets at the reception.

There is frankly nothing I didn't like at the hotel. The only thing was the traffic noise, but with ear plugs it was easily solved. I don't expect the hotel to be responsible for the noise in the street ;-)

I think the roof top bar and small pool was very good! The views and the way it is set up is absolutely brilliant. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was to a fairly good standard. The hotel itself was good! And the location is perfect.

Only real negative we didn't get any information when we checked in, so we were lost to know where we went for our breakfast or times regarding that. Same with the roof top bar and other parts of the hotel. We had to go to find this information around ourselves which I found disappointing. So the service was just ok.

An excellent hotel in every way. Perfect location in central Malaga, close to everything. We had a junior suite which was really big with great stylish decor. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. We had a small problem with a light in our room which was fixed immediately. Best part was the rooftop bar, restaurant & seating area which was a really relaxing space with great views during the day, and lively in the evening.

Very beautiful and well designed hotel. Lovely rooftop with a small swimming pool. Very well located close at the « entrance » of the old town. Breakfast is good except the bread which is average. There is a gym but I haven’t tried it

The food (lunch/ diner) is really average and not worth the price (The tiramisu is a disaster) Far from the beach

Very unreliable WiFi. Also, they allowed smoking on the rooftop bar. This was true in all of the restaurants. Smoking is allowed when dining outdoors.

Freshly renovated within the last couple of years, the design choices in this hotel are next level and a delight for anyone who is moved by color, texture, color and pattern! Beautiful lobby, wonderful rooms and bathrooms, and phenomenal tiled balconies. We stayed in a suite which provided ample room for our teenage son on a comfortable pull-out and for my husband and I in a king size bed that incidentally he has deemed as the most comfortable bed he has ever slept in. The rooftop bar is great for cocktails and has a plunge pool. The views on the 9th floor are outstanding. The hotel location is next level and within a few minutes walk to Plaza de la Constitucion in the old Town, or to the harbour. The staff were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. The indoor parking was an added plus as was the complimentary Cava in the lobby! Would go back in a heartbeat and have already started recommending to friends.

We had a great room with a double rain shower! Very clean. Chique hotel. Breakfast was also great. A lot of fresh food, refill when something was almost out of order. Kind staff. Very clean breakfast space as well. Rooftop is also very nice with a small pool. Amazing to cool down after a hot day of walking through the city.

The prices on the rooftop bar. I believe 11,5 euros for a cocktail that mostly consisted of ice. Paid 7 euros at the boulevard of Malaga that had a much better cocktail with almost no ice. Expensive over there.

Comfy room with great big bed and modern walk-in shower, very nice lighting and very efficient heating/cooling system. Very efficient reception service. Nice rooftop bar.

Netflix NOT AVAILABLE on our Superior Double Room TV despite being advertised on booking.com. No heating in the bathroom (February is chilly at night). We hoped to have dinner in a rooftop restaurant overlooking Malaga but they have no heaters so you eat in a closed indoor compartment with no atmosphere nor view. That was very disappointing as this 9th floor restaurant with Malaga night skyline seems to be hotel's main asset and attraction. Breakfast had good variety but was lacking quality for the price you pay, eg. no freshly squeezed orange juice (only something that pretends to be one which is a cheap trick average hotels use)
