Large, clean room, quiet despite being on a main street. On site parking was a huge bonus. Easy to get to the airport from the hotel.

It would have been more reassuring if I could have reserved a car parking space in advance. 20 min walk into the old town which was fine but it’s not a very nice walk We had dinner in the restaurant but I’m afraid it wasn’t very good - I expected better given how nice the hotel was

The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the train station with connections to the airport and various other towns along the Costa del Sol. The historic centre is a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are big and spacious with all the facilities required for a short stay in Malaga. A huge breakfast buffet is available and also the addition of a swimming pool is a bonus.

Clean, bright and modern, but comfortable too. A little walk from the centre of the old town and marina, but only a 10 to 15 minute stroll; nothing too strenuous. Near to the bus and train station for those who want to travel further afield.

I felt the pictures of the pool facilities were misleading. The pool was on the first floor and was surrounded by the hotel and other high rise buildings so it was shady and only benefited from the sun for approximately 2 hours per day. Also, not many beds available for sun bathing. But it was clean and the gym/spa area was pleasant. Better lighting in the room would have been welcomed but the room was lovely and the bed was fabulously comfy.

The location of the hotel was perfect with just a 10 min walk into Soho and the old town. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, catering for everyone's needs. Our room was comfortable with a very spacious terrace which we used everyday. Every where was clean and smelt lovely, we didn't use the pool or spa area but it looked nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Defiantly recommend.

My only criticism and the reason I didn't give a 10 was due to our room, which was a suite on the top floor, being a little tired and in need of a refresh/decorate. The table in the lounge was worn and had been painted over to hide it, and the doors and skirting were chipped away and very noticeable. This is not what I expected in a suite. However, this did not spoil our stay which was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Friendly & professional staff, cleanliness, spacious bedroom & bathroom, facilities(gym, sauna, pool), comfortable beds, food ( breakfast) & bar/restaurant, location a few metres from the beach & train station, fridge & kettle in room , huge wardrobes, elegant design & pleasant smell of the foyer, family friendly, secure & safe, good location, lots of seaside restaurants

The harbour view is mostly industrial area, good location but need to know exactly where you want to go as difficult to judge distance by foot so read up before setting out or just request for a cab(reception staff extremely helpful), bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t seem to work? No toilet brush, robes or slippers.

Well located good breakfast with ample choices the rooms were spacious and clean plus the spa and pool was an extra

The only comment might be about the spa one had to get towel from reception there were not extra towels in the spa so I would have to go back to main reception to get another if needed Plus for the steam room you have to ask at main reception for this to be put on and you only know this once your there was not informed by reception and once in your swimwear you really don’t want to go back to main reception dressed like this Did feel they should have had a person on the spa reception

The wellness area was my favorite! I enjoyed relaxing in the indoors pool and its waterfall for releasing the tension in neck and shoulders. The sauna and its 3 types of cold showers, and the steam bath were also amazing. All very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel, close to the water front and train station, was very convenient, and the friendliness of the staff was A1. I didn't eat in the hotel or its surrounding area, but the beach restaurants are a short walk away. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. I could not control the A/C, but I didn't need it. The temperature outside was nice, so I kept the A/C off and the window open. The traffic outside is noisy but tolerable. The room has USB ports, and many lamps to set the brightness at night. It has a safe, a kettle and a mini-fridge. The free WiFi was top notch. Overall, I had a great stay!

The key failed to open my room close to check-out time, which added to the stress of checking out. The receptionist sorted it out very quickly but it took me time to try the key several times before making my way to reception to fix it

The room was decent size, there was a relatively good sauna available at the property. There was parking available which is a plus.

The pool looks kinda like an indoor pool in the pictures but it's out in the open and the water is very cold - we couldn't make any use of it in early October. Other spa facilities in the hotel were very basic, only one small sauna was decent, the rest is not great. The distance to the town centre was about 25 minutes which is good, but it's not the most pleasant areas to walk.

Haven't even checked out yet but had to write a review, this hotel is wonderful. It's not huge so you don't wander thr halls forever finding the facilities, excellent location close to beach (10 mins walk) park, port and the centre as well as the main road for all bars, train station, restaurants and supermarkets. Really handy when you need things quickly with a toddler. Pool was small, but nice (great size for us and not crowded) gym sauna etc were great to have. Breakfast was incredible. Staff are wonderful. Room was great, bed was huge! Toiletries for my daughter in her cot was sweet.

If you prefer a very quiet sleep, then there is a little noise due to location on a main road in the morning. Wasn't an issue for us but if you don't like hearing traffic might be.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the old town and just 7 min walk from the main train station. It is a relatively new hotel in a purpose-built 7-storey building with a spacious entrance hall. Our room on the 2nd floor was at the level of street trees and thus a bit dark but quiet, although it faced the main road. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, although it got a bit crowded around 9 a.m.

The first stretch of walk to the old town is not particularly pleasant, especially at low tide as the river/seabed sediments get exposed and stink. There is little option to eat out in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but there are quite a few some 15-20 min walk away in the old town. One of the elevators was out of orded when we arrived and the second one operated at random, but this was fixed on the next day.
