Clean and well located

Preferable tea and coffee making facilities in the room

The room had all the basic comforts for someone travelling solo for work. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I had a desk for my laptop so I could work. The rooms were remarkably spacious and it was very quiet. The showers had hot water and there were toiletries available. As I said it is perfect for business travel and great value for money. It was a 15 to 20 minute walk to the busy center of Malaga close to the old town where all the good restaurants were. The vending machines downstairs were great, I could get coffee and other snacks including sandwiches. There was also a vending machine for other emergency items like razors, mouthwash, nail clippers, or band aids, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent, 5/10 minute walk to train and bus stations and sea front. It took us about 40 minutes to walk to the top of the Castillo de Gibralfaro at the other end of the toursit part of the city. The hotel is a very affordable option offering good value for money but without the bells and whistles of a far more expensive hotel. The top floor (7) room overlooking the sea, though not hugely spacious, was clean, comfortable and functional. There are several restuarants and a Carrefour supermarket near the station selling a variety of food stuffs for all meals. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It is possible to extend your stay on the last day and leave luggage, both for a small fee. Would highly recommend and stay again for a short visit.

It's very well located, you can go anywhere by metro, bus or train since it's close to Maria Zambrano Station. We arrived by train and within a 5 minute walk, we easily got to the hotel. We also went to the city center a few times by bus and it's very easy and fast. We went to Granada (by bus), the outlet mall (by train) and the airport (by train) very fast, all from Maria Zambrano station. Also, the location is silent, the shower is great and the room is very clean. The wi-fi works very well.

It's not a complaint, since these points did not really bother our stay, but it's good to provide the information for future guests: - There's no refrigerator in the room; - There's no hairdryer in the room (you can bring your own or they can provide you one if you pay a fee); - They charge 5 euros to keep your luggage at the hotel after check out; - There was also a fee for beach towels (I don't remember the price since I didn't use this service); - They provide something like a "breakfast box" for a small price, but we didn't use this service.

Friendly staff, room was clean and confortable, great value for the money paid and for a 1* hotel. Close to main train stain. The beach was 5 min away and town center about 15 min of walking. The breakfast box is good value for 4 euro( box of orange juice,cup of cold coffeee, big muffin and cereal bar)

Room is very minimalist, no bedside tables ,no wardrobe,not much space to put your thing on. As a single person,it was fine for me,but as a couple or family,i would have struggled. I feel there should be a hair dryer in the room,not having to pay 5 euro for 10 min to use it.

Arrival - It's about 20-30min from malaga airport by taxi/uber. If you're taking a train to the station "Estación de Málaga Maria Zambrano Adif", the train ride will be about 20min (although there did not appear to be any trains past-midnight until 6am so keep this in mind in case your arrival is very early), then another 15min walk to the hotel. It's quite easy to find once in sight (bright orange)! The double room - Very clean room, comfy bed, with 6 hangers to keep your shirts wrinkle-free. There was a de-foldable desk with a stool as well for some extra space to leave your things. Overall a very compact room for a weekend holiday on a budget! Staff - Very helpful and polite! You can even borrow a towel for the beach to save up on your luggage space! Comes at €5 + €5 deposit (make sure you have cash for deposit). Extras - Was happy with two bottles of water when I got into the room (assuming because there were the two of us) to freshen up! There's also vending machines at the reception on the ground floor with drinks, savoury food and pharmacutecal products. Location - It takes about 15-20 minutes by foot to get to the Paseo del Parque where you can start your sight seeing and get some very nice food from local restaurants! Central area is just around the corner from there, full of scenic streets, ancient architecture and tapas to explore!

Great value! I was dubious when friends booked a 1 star but this was cleaner, larger and more modern than any 3 star I have stayed in and just as good (or better) than a 4 star. I was very (pleasantly) surprised. Other reviews have said that there isnt a lot of storage/ draws, which is correct but its perfect for a few nights. I stayed 2 nights and had enough for all my items, including hangin. Staff at reception were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable

The location in relation to the train and bus station is excellent - just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and slightly more for the bus station… we had stayed in the centre of Malaga and then Seville before returning here - we had returned from Seville on the bus and had a flight home the next morning so it was perfect. It is further out from the historic centre of Malaga but the metro station is also just a couple of minutes walk and then it was 2/3 stops to the centre (and less than 2 euros). The room was small but clean with everything you need for a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy and I had a duvet. We went off season of course but it was quiet. For the price we paid it met all our expectations.

Nothing really to not like for the price

Basic but comfortable. It has the basics to stay for one or two days, clean and small so imposible to be untidy. It has a temperature switch to change the room temperature in case you prefer to put the ac or the heater. Really basic but good for a short stay. Location was good as you have food shops, the mall, the pharmacist and the main train station close enough.

I believe there were few things missing like a hair dryer and a small wardrobe . It would be a plus if this has been added. Refreshment as a courtesy stay would be great too. Receptionists were friendly but not really informative as I find myself coming down to check about the wifi and option would be to have a room leaflet. This is all recommendations, overall was good for a couple of days.

The rooms look new and super clean, the room service went every day (except for Sunday). The location is good because it is nearby to the beach (10 minutes walk), to the train station (4 minutes walk), supermarket and some cafeterias to have breakfast. However, to the city centar it might take around 20 minutes to go by foot, but the walk is nice, so that is not a big issue. The Air Conditioning works well. I also liked that there are vending machines with water, some snacks and toiletries. The staff is very friendly

The rooms are super small and there are not enough places to hang or store stuff, so keeping the room tidy is a bit challenging. However, the rooms do the job, for just sleeping and going out is fine. The bathrooms have little privacy, since the door of the shower is the same one for the bathroom itself, meaning that everything you do in the bathroom is hearable and smellable. The hotel has a very simple lobby, no social area or places to stay out of your room when your partner is using the toilet.
