Excellent in every way! Check in was very smooth and the clerk was very kind and professional. Stay was wonderful. Clean room with pleasant smell! Wonderful breakfast. The breakfast hospitality staff kept everything clean and stocked. I was very impressed with the staff and we will stay there again. The person at the TESLA charge was not a customer. I wanted to make you aware. Im not sure who pays for charging a car.

The pool fence was covered so I assumed it was not available. That was a disappointment.

Read a lot of other Harker Heights/Killeen hotel reviews before deciding to stay at this Best Western and it was worth the effort to find the perfect place for a 3 night stay! The staff there was pleasant, the entire hotel was spotless, the beds and pillow very comfortable for those that prefer a softer mattress and pillow, there was a lot of storage space, nice fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, the breakfast buffet was substantial and excellent, it was very quiet in our room considering the nearby roads and stores/restaurants, it was easy to get wherever we needed to go, AC worked perfectly, WiFi was excellent but needed to log in each time we returned to the room... not really a problem. Enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was 6 to 9, maybe extend to 10:00 for late sleepers?

The ease of getting accommodations at such short notice and friendly and understanding staff. We were previously booked at a different place only to be told ownership had changed, and they could not accommodate unless we paid an additional $300.

I had a medical situation occur while a guest. The overnight staff was extraordinary! They made sure that my care & comfort was a priority. I will always remember their kindness and caring. Thank you so much, Kileen staff🥰! I absolutely recommend your the your property to anyone planning a visit🫶🏼

The location was very convenient. Decent area, quiet, very little to no traffic and comfortable beds.

The lighting in the room. There's no light in the middle of the room unless the window curtains are open during the day. No shelving in the tub area for personal hygiene items.

I did not like the front desk man told me to make sure my spouse or friend does not come into the hotel smelling like weed because they have security that will knock on my door. why he told me that when I checked in I have no idea. I felt singled out as a black women. idk if this only gets told to black individuals or not but I did not like that at all and if I could have cancelled my reservation I would have. I will not come back to this hotel because of that.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They truly made my stay worthwhile. Really quiet - I enjoyed that my room was on the top floor and on the side of the elevator so I had no neighbors. For what I paid, the room was decent.

This BW is a bit rundown .. the bed was hard and there was an odor in the room.

The staff was excellent. The night attendant (Jessica)was great. She secure my furniture and and give some plastic to help cover it because of the rain. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. Overall it was one of the best hotels I've have visited.

The hallways smelled musty very humid, the carpet add random stains. It gave a dirty feeling. Our room had a smell as if people smoked in the room even though it was non smoking. The room was clean, but the hallways and the smell of the room could have most definitely been better. It made us feel kind of unconfortable while in the hallways. Also the card reaaders need to be updated. Takes forever for card to work to get into room
