The hotel was very quiet, even though it was centrally located, just a few minutes from the harbour. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was very comfortable and clean, with outdoor areas to sit for a drink before dinner or a nightcap. The staff were very helpful.

This comment is more about the location than the hotel. The hotel is in a very narrow road, so it’s not really possible to stop even to unload your luggage. I would suggest heading to the car park first and carrying your luggage from there. We arrived on a Friday when many roads are blocked off because of the Saturday market, which made it extremely difficult to reach the car park or hotel, but I guess that’s the price you pay for being so central. Again my advice would be go to the car park first. Also, there’s was a kettle and two mugs but nothing else, not even a spoon, so come equipped!

Beautiful building with loads of character. Both rooms were huge & bathroom was a good size with a quirky layout. Btl of water in fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast was included, which was handy.. lovely pain au chocolat & salted caramel spread. Staff very friendly.

Free parking is more like a 10mins walk away. Not a problem for us, but no wall attachment for shower. Herbal tea (no milk) in room. Selection at breakfast could be more varied/ savoury.

A lovely old building which has been beautifully renovated to a high standard

We arrived after the checking window to find the property locked. Phone call reached only an answerphone and we began to panic that we didn't have room for the night. Luckily some other guests arrived and opened the front door with a keypad and we venue to check our text/email for our code. Didn't feel this was well advertised but may have missed the small print.

We loved Sasha. He was friendly and helpful every morning. The bed was the best we experienced in our 30 days in France.

The hotel was more rustic then we expected. The stairs to our room was a death trap. Very close to a ladder to the attic. Low beams in the room especially around the bed seemed dangerous. The bathroom was open to the room with no doors

Location was nice, right next to the Vieux Bassin with its' views and retaurants. An old building with lots of personality.

The only minus was that there's no parking space right next to the building, but found one a few hundred meters away at the place recommended by the hotel.

Lovely spacious room in the centre of Honfleur. Perfect spot if you want to spend a night in town. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Cherry on top the bathtub in the main room.

In duplex room it is too hot in summer. For breakfast tasty pancakes and waffles are served, but it is cold. There should be equipment to keep it warm. Eggs were boiled for too long hence yellow part was blueish.

We booked 2 different rooms. First room we booked was Ambroise and what a room! It was perfect for family of 4. There were 2 “living areas” a bedroom and then the living area where the sofa was located. This was great as we were in one room and our kids were in the second room. We had a comfortable bed, comfortable sofa bed, insane space with super cute details. Toilet and bath area were also separated. Even these rooms did not disappoint with space and cuteness. Wow Ambroise was amazing! 2nd room was a huge room for 2 persons. Spacious room with big comfortable bed. Great details of cuteness. This amazing place is right in the center. The staff were nice, friendly and went out of their way. There is a beautiful shared courtyard and shared entertainment area if you just want to relax. Great to chat with your entire group or others. Breakfast is delicious with home baked goods and strong coffee.

Unique, interesting and comfortable stay on quiet street just a few steps from the central area of Honfleur. Breakfast was wonderful with a lots of variety and delicious foods made on the premises. The staff were all lovely, kind and very helpful. Would definitely return!
