I liked the breakfast selection, but some suggestions re: same. Please offer rotis alongside parathas... not everyone can afford to put on weight ...for those who like the desi option instead of breads. More Arabic style preparations like mutabel, babaghanoush, tahini alongside humous. More fresh fish options.

On two occasions, my table was taken while I was away from same replenishing my plate. Please have a better system to monitor tables reserved and in use. It is a very uncomfortable feeling to remove a new guest seated at your table. The music at the Skyview restaurant rooftop was loud and not to our taste at all.....for a gourmet experience, particularly for senior citizens, we would prefer soft music that is melodius rather than the heart stopping stuff that is preferred by teenagers.

The staff were professional and helpful at all times. The restaurants were fabulous, I have an allergy to Pepper ,black pepper, ,white pepper, Chili pepper , all kinds of pepper. The chief in Sky Grill cooked twice for me he came over and we chatted about my allergy. He told me that he would personally cook my meal so no chance that it would come into contact with Pepper. NO PEPPER IN THE FOOD it was delicious and without a worry to eat it. I also had dinner in Zoka Pan Asian, again the chef cooked it totally with out Pepper of any kind, making my experience exceptional, it’s such a wonderful feeling to eat without worrying.

Construction going on

An excellent full-service hotel with great dining options: 3 different restaurants, a bar, and coffee shop. This is just as well because there is nothing of note nearby the hotel, especially for the western business traveler. Yes, there is a food court of sorts down the street but it was Indian fast food for locals. The location is handy to the naval base, and fairly close to Fort Kochi. Good security, good access for taxis, magnificent lobby, and a superb array of 4 fast elevators so that one never waited for anything. The main floor restaurant, Zoka, had a very nice varied menu well-executed.

The luggage scanner is in a back room. The guards took my bag from me every day without a word and took it to this back room. It took the experience of a day or two to figure out that I had to get a bell-hop to retrieve it, since the guards would sometimes just leave it back there. The hotel needs to solve this process by getting the numerous bell hops hopping. The spa had a person touting its services in the lobby. Not cool.

It has always been a pleasant experience with this property. This was my second time stay. Both check in and check out was a smooth sail. I thank Chris and Angandeep for this. I was allotted a room on the 10th floor with a backwater view. Room was spacious, neat and clean and with such a beautiful view, couldn't have asked for more.The Breakfast Buffet was impressive. Lot of food options. Thanks to all the Chefs, Servers and especial gratitude to Joms at the Mosaic Restaurant. Room Service was prompt and I thank Sijo for that. Last but not the least, house keeping department. Not even once I had to call them up for any kind of replenishment. Everything was well taken care of. I would request the management to introduce a system wherein by the guests can get to know the name of the person who is cleaning the room. Looking forward to my forthcoming visit in December.

Fortunately,this time everything was in order unlike last year when there was only one trainee at the conceirge counter who didn't help me with my luggage till the room. He was absolutely raw.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly cozy. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure every need was met. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

I liked the breakfast spread catering to both the Western and Indian palate. The room was very comfortable, with a great view. Loved tge Christmas theme, decorations.and the Christmas cakes! Dinner was awesome too! Clean and nice with friendly staff.I especially liked the weighing machine in the washroom. Little things that matter.

Happy with the service and standards of the hotel as usual. Definitely one of the best hotels in Kochi.

I feel it is unfair to hotel guests to have to put up with the outside events held at the hotel. Why should hotel guests be denied access to areas that’s are normally reserved for them because the hotel lets outside events use them? I refer specifically to the loud and unruly crowd at an event held while I was a room guest last week. Exactly one of the reasons I no longer stay at the Kochi Marriot.

Old and bit run down. The support staff are not very polite. The security staff used to help us with taxis and luggage. In the middle of nowhere another hotel staff came and on the last day he just placed our luggage in the cab and he took the money from us and vanished. The tip which was to be given for security staff was gobbled up by the hotel staff

Excellent breakfast. Varied spread. Good mix of South Indian and North Indian dishes with a comparatively smaller Western breakfast. Filter Coffee was the highlight for us coupled with excellent attention by the waitstaff.

The televisions in our room was not of the Smart TV variety, so we could not stream any content directly from our mobile phones onto the tv. The filtered water supplied was off taste and we preferred the bottle water.

My favourite place to stay everytime I visit kochi. The rooms are large and absolutely clean. The service, the staff friendliness are 5 star. The location is perfect. The view and facility top notch too. Restaurants within the hotel too are amazing. The breakfast spread incomparable and the best. I only try and stay everytime I visit Kochi.
