The place is new and modern. Its bar/cafe is open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. The location is clean and nice.

It was my boyfriend's birthday and I asked the cafe if they could write ‘Happy Birthday’ in chocolate on the dessert plate, but the chef said it was impossible and they could not do anything. This level of service was upsetting - every cafe does this. The hotel has a rooftop pool; sometimes there can be scorching, but for some reason there are no sun umbrellas provided around the pool, so it can be difficult to stay there longer and enjoy it.

We only stayed for one night but the room is comfortable and the shower is very good. Also, breakfast is outstanding.

The room is noisy, especially because the rooms are not carpeted so there is a lot of furniture dragging and heels clicking noises. Wi-fi connection is poor. The room should be cleaner. As I said, breakfast is outstanding but the lights on the restaurant are too bright so it was very uncomfortable to eat there.

The shower was the best shower I've ever experienced in all of Brazil. Period. 10/10 The bed was also very comfortable and the breakfast at Primero Piano was delicious and served the best omelette I've ever had. In addition to being welcoming and hospitable, it was also located in one of my favorite areas of SP, along Avenida Paulista. As someone who stays in luxury hotels across the world, I could not recommend this hotel enough as they hit the mark in every area. Bravo

I don't have anything negative to say about the property. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficient design and function of the space.

The Hotel was absolutely excellent. The personnel was exceptionally well trained, they were able to communicate and provide for our needs even with some staff not being too confident in their english skills. Isac, the restaurant manager, was attentive to the needs of my children and was able to personalize the service fitting us. The food at the said restaurant, next to reception, had a refined menu with exceptional plates. The personnel was able to help us to move around the city, recommend the best places to see, and explain in what areas we need to be extra careful with our belongings. The interior of the hotel is new, fitting the dark gloomy atmosphere with grey hues. The hotel room had an extra comfortable and soft pair of slippers and bathrobe. We we able yo rest well after a long and exhausting flight. Our trip to Sao Paulo was for sure improved by the hotel. We cannot wait to visit Sao Paulo again.

Rooms are well appointed. Great location. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is fantastic. They even had free adaptors for the guests to use which was very handy. Shower is luxurious.

Sinks are weird in the bathroom with the faucet being very awkwardly positioned to wash your face and splashing everywhere in the tiny bathroom. I was alone in the room but I can see how two people would be very claustrophobic in the rooms--hardly any space at all to walk between the bed of the wall/ desk.

The breakfast was my highlight for this trip, as well kitchen been open until midnight, we had event and came back to the hotel at midnight and staff actually took our order and made special dinner for us. Staff was really amazing. The facilities was really good as well as the swimming pool and hospitality.

During our stay, the spot was not opened. However, everything else was really good nothing to complain.

The food from the hotel restaurant is fine but could be better for a hotel like this and although they have a really nice rooftop swimming pool , they don’t have a spa like advertised unfortunately

Everything was excellent but unfortunately the parking car service was bad. They charged me 140BRL but the correct was 70BRL. They refunded me later, but I needed to call them feel times to asking it

We love the Curio collection, and as a boutique hotel, Qoya was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, and the staff excellent! We had a good time at the pool, and the breakfast was great and diversified. I also had one of the best Cosmo at the bar! We definitely will be back!
