Location is good, breakfast had several options which is nice, decent food, pleasant morning staff. Rooms were clean, kids liked the pool, nice variety of snacks available for purchase. We requested 3 rooms close together and they made that happen.

Not well insulated walls and ceilings, you can here your neighbors too easily. Staff seemed harried and we had to wait for our rooms. Check in time is 3pm and we waited for 2 rooms to be finished until nearly 4.

Very clean, and staff were wonderful. Very quiet for the most part. Had someone exercising on stairs at 3:00 in the morning, which was alongside the wall where my head was. However, this was not the facilities fault, just a disrespectful guest. This is one of the best facilities I have stayed at.

The breakfast was good, with real food, not some donuts and coffee. The location was odd. I didn't like eating by the front desk. The staff was nice, but if you come down in your pj's or have small children eating in the front by the check-in desk, it is uncomfortable.

This is just personal preference; the bed isn't comfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning. Also, there wasn't an ice machine on our floor. It had been removed. Having access to ice/ drinking water on every floor would be nice.

The room was spacious. My daughter loved the game room and the pool. Check in was easy. Morning breakfast was satisfying.

This is not a con, just some opinions to make future hotel stays even better. Little food for thought: Recently, my family and I stayed at another Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Washington, and they served warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. The little gesture was remembered, and we were looking forward to the sweet treat after traveling. However, this location did not offer this. The only other thing that could be improved is having softer beds in the room.

Location was great. Modern Hotel and rooms are great. Lots of counter space. Good sized fridge. Bedding was great. Shower was good, but pressure a little weak.

Internet. If you dont pay more, you get a weak 5-6Mbps connection. Front Desk wasnt able to tell me what I'd get if I upgraded and provided an 800 number to call and ask. Front desk. Meh vibe from one rep and another that I witnessed providing incorrect information to another customer..

As a family of four, we appreciated the very spacious suite, which included a kitchenette with a large fridge. We had a nice view from the 4th floor. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the kids liked the game room.

We tried to connect to WiFi, but it didn't work. It wasn't a big deal, so we didn't follow up with the front desk which may have solved the issue.

The breakfast was Great! The beds were very comfortable and there were no surprise charges on the bill. The maids were available for cleaning the room and they gave us extra coffee when we needed it.

The room appointments were great, except for one thing. (see below). Hotel is very clean, staff helpful, etc. Will stay there again.

As I am a light sleeper, the refrigerator's strange noises kept me from a good sound sleep. Also, the operation on the TV was very confusing for a couple of 80+ folks. And breakfast ending at 9AM isn't good for the old folks.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.

The breakfast was poor. Bruised/brown bananas, no breakfast bowls, egg/cheese omlette barely warm and barely available, no bread,toast, muffins etc. orange juice was watery. Had I known the breakfast was this bad I would have gone out somewhere.

It was convenient as for lactation . Close to many eating establishments , grocery store for your walking convenience.

I believe for the price you pay for a room here they could at least offer you a great continental breakfast . Not just breakfast sandwiches that are placed in a warmer . Have a variety of selections as I know there are several hotels in the area that offer amazing continental breakfast which include homemade omelets, gravy and biscuits etc etc . I also believe they could be a little more reasonable on they laundry facility and the products they offer for that. When you spend as much as I did you would think they would provide you with a few perks.
