small suggestion: it would be great to add some fruit options to breakfast, especially for kids who can be a bit picky.

The very first day we stayed in GM city hotel in Azerbaijan. it was a great start for our vacation. Location is good for traveling to other places. Tasty Food. Azerbaijan people are so lovely, kind and so helpful.

Our room was on the top floor and had central AC, which we couldn't control individually. It was too cold for my one-year-old baby. Even though I requested for it to be turned off, it was always on. As a result, my baby became sick. I am unhappy with that. (Do not accept top floor rooms if u have small babies). Other than that GM city hotel is a very good hotel to stay with your family.

The hotel is good overall, the location is good, and it is easily accessible to all transportation, including buses, metro, and taxis. The Hotel staff are very much friendly. We arrived late at night and the room allotted to us first had a door lock issue, immediately they took action to fix it and allotted us a new room. The breakfast is neat and good. I need to mention the staff Raul, Ame̞n, Elgun, and Ali are very customer-oriented and friendly very much and ready to assist at any time.

One thing we need to mention is the transportation from the Airport is not included in the booking, we have to pay additionally.

The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was very good. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The rooms were very large and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helped me many times

The location was generally in a nice place, but it was not central. It was a bit challenging that the nearest metro stop was half an hour walking distance away.And we changed rooms twice. Neither room had a view, we were seeing the wall of another building. We could change the room again and get a room with a view, but we could not change because the other rooms did not have a double bed.

The HOTEL is very modern, with good furniture and sanitary ware. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was with a king-size bed and bonus breakfast, thanks to Booking, which was very pleasant and agreable.

The breakfast was unvaried: only eggs, no coffee and juice. The location is quite far from the City centre, but public transport is quite good, so it was no problem to get around.

My stay at GM City Hotel in Baku was truly incredible! The friendly and helpful staff, along with the great location close to shops, restaurants, and clubs, made it a perfect choice. The hotel thoughtfully provided everything I needed, including a sim card, and the rooms were both spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience with a wide variety of delicious options. Despite the rooms not being very big, they were well-organized and efficient in layout. Above all, the outstanding staff truly made a lasting impression, as they were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making it a memorable experience overall. I highly recommend staying at Gm City Hotel for an amazing trip to Baku!

The reception was very professional in terms of tourism. They helped me to find best tours,restaurants, attraction places etc. Also the manager was very friendly and nice. She was so willing to satisfy her guests by any means necessary

Breakfast could include more variety of meals. But still everything they offered was good

We liked the most the staff they are just amazing every single one of them, they are extremely helpful and nice. You can't ask for a better staff. The recipients (at the morning and at night shifts) are very welcoming and they helped us in everything, ordered taxis for us. We went as a family with two kids, the staff were extremely nice with them and even when they kept jumping around and we tried to stop them they asked us to let them play around. The rooms size is big Additionally we took a late check out. They price is very good with the service, the lunch is good with a low price. Additionally the shuttle service is very good, my family had to meet me in the airport, so the Taxi driver took care of taking out the luggage.

These are some recommendations: - if possible add more diversity to the breakfast - if possible to clean or change the carpet - if possible have baby coat for visters with kids.

We liked the hotel very much, the staff were very friendly, the reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast was quite good, it was our first time in Azerbaijan and we had a great time, I recommend everyone to come to this hotel
