The room was very spacious and quality of coffee was superb and the sea view from my room was spectacular and the staff were very kind and helpful especially Süleyman and Fatima at the front desk and Aytan in guest relations. House keeping was perfect and were professional and always keen to make our experience unforgettable. The hotel is in a central location near to shops, restaurants and all the buzz and perks the city of Baku provides. I will certainly stay at the Baku winter park Movenpick on my next visit to beautiful city of Baku

Well I’m speechless, it’s been my first trip to Azerbaijan and this hotel made it whole a lot better Beginning from the day of check in we arrived early 4 hours and they didn’t mind us checking in … and gave us free breakfast on the next day ! through the days we stayed the hotel for me was more than 5 stars in their facilities and the breakfast , the staff more than kind always asked about our stay and if there’s anything we need . The last day since our flight back was late I asked if there’s a possibility to stay in the same room for 6 more hours with paying extra money , they said yes but no for money ! Definitely highly recommended from me and definitely we’re coming back . Much love and respect to everyone especially the receptionist Komul

As a solo traveler, I made a reservation at this hotel for a single night. I was particularly impressed by the cordial and welcoming demeanor of the staff, notably Ms. Konul and her colleagues. The hotel's location is highly advantageous, and the breakfast provided was exceptional. The room assigned to me offered a captivating view of the Flame Towers, which further enhanced my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would have extended my stay if not for the hotel being fully booked. I intend to return to this hotel during my next visit to Baku.

Hotel location is perfect to reach fountain square, just 5min walking.

Hotel hall is quite small and staff is limited to cover rush hour check-in.

The location is excellent, very close to Nizami Street, with a supermarket nearby The reception staff were wonderful, smiling, and the entry to the hotel was quick. I entered at 1 pm, and not like other hotels, entry to the hotel was at 3 o’clock. The rooms are very spacious and clean Breakfast is varied Thanks to all the hotel staff

Checking out took longer than normal as the person came after 20 mins to take our luggage from the room.

Excellent location near Nisami street where you have easy access to multiple city attractions. I travelled with two kids and room was excellent and quite spacious. Staff was really helpful to ensure comfortable stay.

Choice for breakfast for indians were strange like Rice and Dal Makhani....Ha Ha Ha.... Could have better choices like Chhole Bhature, Puri Bhaji...... Ha Ha Ha Jokes apart.... Breakfast could have been little better however I believe the hotel is trying their best to meet the expectations of guests from different countries.
