Raul, the host and his staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to make things work and arrange my stay amid my weird arrival and departure timings. The room was simple but functional and had everything that was needed. If anything had been missing, I’m sure the staff would have organized it. The location was great because of the nearby bus stops and grocery stores, even though the hotel is not in the city center one was able to get anywhere comfortably and quickly.

There is nothing not to like about it - if you set your expectations right - it’s a guest house, not a 5* hotel but the hospitality is 6*!

Good value for money, I had the family room and it was very large one consists of 2 rooms connected, one room with beds ( it were v. Comfort), the other has dinning table and living, nice garden view. Receptionists Raul and Asker were very helpful and English speaking. Room service was good. I stayed for 8 nights, I enjoyed my stay. There's hair dryer and iron upen request. I tried the restaurant also, good food.

No blackout on windows, only regular curtains

Location is slightly far from all the attractions but nonetheless we had a good stay. The staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. Not much restaurants around except the one from the property itself (a good one! do try) and a few more if you're willing to walk 1-1.5kms. There is a mini-market right next door and a big hypermart down the road. We were allowed to leave our luggages after checkout and come pick up after a few hours for our flight. Much appreciated. The restaurant behind served us excellent tasty food - cigirtamsi & sac were out of the world. Loved it! Consider going elsewhere if they have a scheduled event there - ask if they have any before ordering. One day when we went for dinner, there was a birthday party - songs were sung/played very loud (unbearably loud) and our order took more than 1hr to come. We were very hungry and ordered simple stuff like qouvrama & chai that day (nothing big like sac). We understand that they have lots to do when there is an ongoing event, but they should've warned us of the possible order delay and we'd have left. Anyways, this is just about the restaurant and not about the property itself. Overall, a good stay. Definitely Recommended!

Internet was kind-of a let down for us. Pretty flaky. This is the only minus for us. Everything else was excellent.

Good spacious rooms.. all staffs are good including security, cleaning staff except receptionist man.

The receptionist should smile, and curtains should be dark. The first day there is party In their restaurant near my room with lots of light and untill midnight they didn’t turn off the lights, so my family can’t sleep well in that night.

The hotel is small but everything is as shown. Clean comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and ample space. The staff is very helpful and sweet. We got we expected and paid for

It’s a bit far from the city city centre but cabs are cheap so easy to reach everywhere

The stuff is very friendly. Hotelnisnonly 15 minutes walk distance to metro station and there is a bus station close to the hotel

Very relaxing and quiet hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. I was also allowed to check out at a slightly later time.

I only stayed a few days so can't really say.

Everything includes the hospitality, location, amenities and the kindness of the owner.
