Very clean and convenient hotel with all the needed amenities when staying several days (washing machines, dryers, micro wave on the ground floor, small fridge in the room...). The rooms are confortable with a decent size. The hotel has satisfied our request to be on the same floor, close to each others. The staff has been helpful and has responded very efficiently to all requests/questions before and during the stay. Location is really near Kashiwa station and many restaurants and stores are near by. Japanese style breakfast. The check out is super quick and easy.

Late check-in which is not very convenient for tourists. No possibility to check in earlier but possibility to leave luggages before the check-in.

One hour train to Tokyo, nice town with plenty of business, restaurantes, post office, money exchange, kombinis, train station, everything at 5 minutes walking from inn. Personal very careful.

The clothes dryer leave the clothes a bit wet, even at the higher setting. A small wardrobe could be useful to store your clothes and shoes. USB outlets could be more powerful, most smartphones have fast charge those days. Some perfume sachets will be appreciated.

Great value for money, clean, efficient, convenient to travel into Tokyo if you are using the train

Food - while there are varieties, it keeps on repeating basically everyday and it gets bland, but I do understand the cost and ease to manage concern while at least feeding patrons with high quality food

Breakfast not great but good value for money - even not repetitive but definitely not something you are looking forward to a nice surprise; Location is good for me as I need to go Abiko daily and it's only 2 stops so very convenient for me

If you are traveling back from downtown Tokyo where all the actions for tourists mostly are, be prepared to spend up to 1.5 hours on the train to get back every evening

Very nice hotel, walking distance to Kashiwa main station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff was very kind, and hotel is practically brand new. Breakfast was also good.

Beds are exceptionally hard and pillows were low, but this is quite common in Japan. Maybe an option for thicker pillow would be nice.

Cookie cutter hotel rooms. Total predictability, perfect hygiene, Japanese systems-engineered. Good value. Quite reasonable buffet breakfast included. And free, sterilised night gowns!

Early checkout (10 AM) and late check-in (4 PM), far from convenient if you are a tourist, not a businessperson. Not a lot of fun.

It was my mistake about the room. In Australia no smoking in any room no matter what you pay. It was not the teams fault, And with not a lot of English speakers were able to help us out

Rooms a little small but for Japan excellent. In Australia we have too much space, eg: our personal property is on 1100 square metres lot with 4 bedroom house.

It's near the station, restaurants, shopping street and convenience store. I specially loved the breakfast that served Japanese dishes but they also served bread with coffee, tea n fruit juice.

I did not see the slippers and extra towel that I was compelled to buy.
