The hotel's location is superb—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous eateries. It's conveniently close to the train station, which is a big plus, and easily accessible by local buses as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring a hot spring bathtub as a delightful bonus. The beds are firm and supportive, providing many restful nights. The view from the window is fantastic, adding to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to stay.

There are bathing facilities in the room, true to the spirit of Jiaoxi being a hotspring town. There is a rooftop bathing area as well with good views of the town and surrounding hills. The rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable.

Windows only in the bathroom, meaning for any natural light to enter, there bathroom doors need to be opened.

The 2 mugs in the room that I used on day 1 weren’t washed and replaced during cleaning on day 2. Housekeeping left a paper lid over the cups and that’s it. Is it a cultural thing that I’m missing?

All staffs were friendly and willing to help. Location was in the middle of train station and many famous restaurants and food stands, where was quite easy to reach by walking. The room was cozy and nice.

The cleaning can be improved a bit. We found some hair close to the hot spring bathtub.

The hotel is newly renovated Facilities are very new, with great views. The room is very clean, and the location is close to the train station. There is a night market nearby with plenty of food options.

The elevator is a bit small, and during busy times, you may have to wait for several trips to get in.

We had a spacious room. The bathtub was really nice. The restaurant offers a very delicious hotspot. The parking is under the hotel.

The swimmingpool and the spa were closed because of the typhoon. They could have offered us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but they didn't. So we went out in the rain too find our own breakfast.

Smooth check-in/out, proximity to the train station, spacious room, nice view at the rooftop onsen.

The toilet feels very close to the in-room hotspring which took away a little bit of the experience. Wish the hotspring and the toilet can be partitioned.

Environment, condition is well kept. Equipped with gym, swimming pool at level 3, and open hot tub at roof top. Room comes with bath tub, where u can have hot bath too. Decent breakfast.

Location is about 8~10mins walk from bus station. If it rains, u have to take taxi/uber.

Great location, close to lots of shops and eateries. The big tub in the room for hot spring water is great. The soaking facilities in the common area is really nice. The big bed is the most comfortable we've slept in.

Confusing light switches.

Very good service. Lobby people paid attention to every guest walked in and took initiative to offer help. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot spring tub was very good. The hotel had many other facilities that we did not have time to try. The cost was very reasonable.
