We stayed on a high floor which gave us an amazing city view. The staff are very helpful. We asked them for information about sending package to Jakarta. They didn't know at first but they checked and called back to provide additional information for us.

There aren't many shops, restaurants and cafe nearby. To be fair, if you walk for 15 min, you will reach everything: a huge mall, McDonald's, Coffee TGC which opens at 6am, but that's quite a bit of walking for a traveler. And if I just want to get a cup of coffee or grab some simple food, I also don't want to call a Grab. I ordered room service, the food is great and sent to me on time (as I requested a specific time) but a little bit expensive. The pool is too small for exercising, but if you want to cool down in the water and take some pictures, that's perfect.

the room was spacious, i stayed at classy room, the drink in the fridge are free, the snack also free. Swimming pool is big and clean for me and my boy to swim...since i drove myself from Bali to Surabaya and i was so thankful because they offered free valet service...that's quite helpful

perhaps the cakes during breakfast need to be improved.

Stayed with 2 kids. It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

Breakfast was good, a good selection of Western and Indonesian food

Hotel was very busy, had to wait at breakfast for glasses plates cutlery to be be supplied. Need more sun lounges around pool and repair the existing sun lounges.

Very comfortable and the food is good for breakfast.

If you are a foreigner. English is a challenge for the staff but they are friendly and they try.

the place is close to downtown and the staffs are nice

the tv signal is limited, parking car location also limited, but there was valet service that can help you to find the parking area
