Beautiful Hotel with Artful Design and Perfect Location! This hotel is truly a gem! The location is ideal—directly connected to a mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. The design and atmosphere are truly unique; every corner of the hotel felt like a piece of art. It was a pleasure just walking around and admiring the details. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A special thank you to the General Manager for the kind gesture of offering a lovely souvenir to me and my husband at check-out. It was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

Incredible setting with both the exterior and interior designed to perfection. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and fitted with top-quality amenities. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel adds a refined touch, making the whole experience truly special. Service is outstanding—especially the daytime receptionist, Bi8bo, who was exceptionally helpful. Housekeeping is impeccable, keeping everything spotless. IT is great when I had issue with VPN. Without a doubt, this is a true 5-star hotel and one of the best I’ve stayed in.

While the overall stay was excellent, a few areas could be improved. The cocktail at the bar was disappointing, and breakfast felt quite average—definitely not worth the additional cost. Some night staff members seemed to overlook small details that are expected in a 5-star property. More training definitely needed.

Very artistic hotel. Excellent decor with lots of private art collections of the owner on display. Those who like art pieces must do the guided tour - many thanks to Toni for his outstanding explanation of the various pieces. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Not a very big hotel, but the quality of attention given by staff is extremely thoughtful and yet not overwhelming. An outstanding experience that we would strongly recommend. And by the way, the location of the hotel is ultra-convenient - only 10-15 minutes by car to loads of attractions, and it is connected to a nice shopping mall, meaning that even when the weather is no good, you.just need to go to the mall to eat and shop till you drop.

Nothing really. The hotel staff puts some nice snacks in the room everyday - need to do more exercise if you are watching your weight.

A more than wonderful hotel. The stay was comfortable. Everything was available in the room, from a massage chair and a spacious balcony with views. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom chair has a bidet and a dryer, and it works electronically. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work professionally, giving you a sense of luxury. They always accompany you when needed and when you leave for pickup. A taxi is something they count on, and upon departure they gave us a box of micron candy. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. I hope to visit again soon.

My second time staying in Eclat Beijing and it was just splendid like the first time. The service is amazing - staff are always ready with a smile and a warm greeting no matter the time of day. We received attentive care during our daily breakfasts. I love that a cooler full of bottled water is available at the common area outside our room, where we can get additional water if needed. Of course the room is tip top in terms of comfort, with the massage chair a delight after a day of climbing the Great Wall. I also want to add that I love the toiletries (incredible scent!).

Hardly anything not to like, except maybe the 5-10 min walk from the nearest subway station takes you across a very busy road intersection and some uneven paths with parts cordoned off so you have to jostle with people coming in the other direction through a narrow path while pushing your suitcase.. highly stressful.

The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. We loved the terrace outside the room that felt somewhat in between indoors and outdoors.

The only thing that I would have expected that wasn’t there was a better quality restaurant in the main hotel. The Georges restaurant was fine for breakfast. However, for dinner I would have expected a more intimate, upscale space with more appropriate lighting. It felt like I was eating in a cafeteria.

Amazing staff (Henry, William, Tony and Mia) actually everyone. Dany, the general manager was absolutely incredible with wonderful tour suggestions and great conversation in general. The plethora of artwork is breathtaking. Room with terrace was a treat!!!! Can’t wait to go back and experience again. Stayed 5 nights and could have stayed much longer !! Thanks to everyone!

The PEOPLE and the ART….. What a place, I am not an art person but what and incredible place… every room is inviting, all the employees are amazing, management is second to none. The manager, Danny and one of his key employees, William, made our trip “UNFORGETTABLE “..

Loved the location in the centrally located and beautiful Parkview Green mall. Also, loved all of the art in and around the hotel and the excellent service. Restaurant was small but excellent.

High deposit for the room and slightly annoying when I was asked to add to the deposit after signing a dinner to my room.

The room was well proportioned, The bed was super-comfortable and extra large. Both my wife and I had an excellent rest each night. The location was far from the airport but there was good access to a good range of shops being in close proximity to the centre of Beijing.

I was not anything I didn't like. We were very happy with the room and the staff.
