Everything about Cinnamon Bey Beruwala was to good. The buffets, facilities and availability, maintenance, cleanliness, instructions provided arrival etc. From the time we stepped in to the hotel and till the time we left was excellent. Should specially thank the chefs and the restaurant staff specially the managers were providing personalised attention all the guests. There was a huge crowd for.every buffet but, they were able to come and speak to everyone one on the feedbacks and that was excellent. Keep up the good work and I would like to encourage them for all their work.

The property is very clean and cozy! The pool is very nice and big. There were many guest on that day but the pool was big enough to accommodate everyone. Food was exceptionally good 😊 Buffet in then morning and night with a lot of delicious desserts, kids really enjoyed it. Hoping to go again.

There is nothing. One or two soft drinks were not included in the Buffett😂 It’s not really a matter It was small in price too. Guest will be happier😎 I would recommend the Cinamon management to include those to the buffet 😎 Everything was perfect. Worth for money 👍

I recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and as usual, Cinnamon Hotels went above and beyond by upgrading my room to the deluxe category, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a great location, and the deluxe room was spacious, well-maintained, and met all expectations.Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mihirani, who handled the process professionally. The food was of good quality and up to Cinnamon’s usual high standards..

However, I did notice that the overall customer service fell short compared to what I have come to expect from Cinnamon Hotels. There seemed to be a lack of the usual warm, empathetic service that is a hallmark of their brand. It was below par, and this is an area that needs attention to align with the high standards I’ve experienced at other Cinnamon properties.Overall, the stay was good, but the customer service could definitely be improved to maintain the high standards that loyal customers like myself expect from Cinnamon

We were upgraded upon checking in. The front office is very friendly and quickly completed the check in process. The Manager Ms. Bhagya was really friendly and accompanied us to the room. I missed to write this. 4th May was my wife's birthday and she was surprised by a birthday cake delivered to the b'fast table by the FO staff. Upon checking the FO staff mentioned they picked it up from the ID card. It gave a WOW effect. Thank you FO staff for this surprise.

Nothing special. I presume if you arrive a little early that makes a lot easy as you can walk around until you are settled in. If there is a group or so there could be a delay in checking in. I am sure the hotel has a way to cope up.

My family and I (parents and siblings) spent a weekend at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort’s ambiance, facilities, and service made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. The amenities were top-notch—from the spacious pool to the well-equipped gym and serene spa, everything was maintained beautifully. A special thank you to Shehani and Sarindu at the reception. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. Shehani went the extra mile by walking us to our rooms while explaining all the amenities, their locations, and timings, which made our stay smooth and organized right from the beginning. The buffets at the Büfe restaurant were outstanding! There was a deliciously wide spread covering multiple cuisines—from Sri Lankan to international dishes—and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Easily one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had at a resort. There was a minor slip-up with room service, but honestly, it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the overall stay was. The staff’s warmth, the beautiful location, and the great food more than made up for it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Cinnamon Bey, for making our family getaway so special!

The location of this resort is good. River meets see at this place and there is a lagoon just in front of this property. Good options to relax and play. Badminton (in open), cricket, table tennis, volleyball etc. They have a band, which plays live music in evening; played couple hindi songs for us. Rooms are just fine; we took sea facing rooms.

Indian vegetarian food options need to improve. On the beach, there are bunch of natives, who are trying to do business w/ tourists, sometimes it becomes annoying.

breakfast was missing a lot of items. Pool was nice. Room's washroom was smelly. Bad smell of the washroom was very annoying, besides the WC flush was very hard to press. An old man / woman or a child would face a big problem. The reception's staff were very slow, even though there were not too many customers!!

I really liked the overall ambiance of the hotel. The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving a warm and inviting first impression. The outdoor garden area and pool were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient on-site restaurant and the easy access to nearby attractions. The attention to cleanliness and security made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay.

Night auditors attitude. Was not very accommodating. I was trying to get a 2nd room but the night auditor was not willing to accommodate us said the rate would be almost the same as what we are paying for 2 nights. said at 2am the room was not ready even if we willing to pay. As a hotelier I would try to accommodate our guest the best we can and sell another room if possible, especially at that hour. That room will not be ever sold again for any rate! Was very disappointed that we had to go stay somewhere else for that night.

Loved location on beach, pool, lovely room booked sea view superior room 309 after a week of guesthouses. So so clean no sewage smells like in other places. Staff were lovely from reception to porters bar the sour lady on tea and coffee in buffet area but we all have bad days….Loved my stay and the staff are a credit to the hotel

Nothing at all I really enjoyed the Cinnamon enough that I booked a sister hotel in Colombo
