The apartment is spacious, with spacious bathroom, everything is working. It is so close to Frauenkirche, and also other attractions, very very good locations. There is also a washing machine. At night is not noisy, at least for the apartment I am staying in. Overall is good.

The bathroom shower has no warm water in the morning. In the evening, the temperature was inconsistent, a while it is burning hot, then suddenly it is cold and it repeat. Doesn't give me a peace of mind when bathing. The fridge smelled terrible, so we avoid using it.

In the heart of Dresden! So close to so many restaurants, stores, churches, the river, and historical landmarks. The place was clean, HUGE, and even had a washer in the bathroom in case you need to wash your clothing. The pillows were so comfy. The front desk staff were incredible and so helpful.

The elevator wasn't working, so we walked up 3 flights of stairs. The entrance is in the back by the trash and smelled bad at times. Being above restaurants comes with the smell of cigarettes often, but wasn't too terrible. The shower water guard/"door" wasn't wide enough and had trouble with water getting outside the tub when we used it. Parking was 28€ an overnight- I hoped that we'd get a deal reserving with the hotel.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and right in the heart of restaurants, shopping and activities. The unit was spacious and I appreciated that there were lots of places to hang towels, jackets, etc. I also liked the variety of drinking glasses and the washing machine.

The entrance to the building felt more like a clean back alley. A few more bed pillows would be good and Smart TVs would also be nice.

I had a great stay at Aparthotel Münzgasse An der Frauenkirche. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Dresden, just a few steps from the Frauenkirche and all the main attractions. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Overall, everything was great — I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Location was fantastic, right by the Frauenkirche as the name implies. Also really good breakfast in a charming function room round the corner.

Apartment and furniture were a bit shabby. Not sure if they were trying to recreate the E Germany vibe or just need to go and buy new furniture and have not got round to it! Would have been nice if they had provided tea, coffee and milk as well. NB in December, getting to reception involves going through a busy Xmas market wheeling luggage. After check in you can use the back door but getting there was a bit of a challenge.

The location is superb, we had a view of the Frauenkirche from our studio. It was clean, our apartment looked like a 5-star hotel, new furniture and beautiful wooden floors. We booked the stay 2 hours before arrival and it wasn’t an issue, although we had to collect the keys from a hotel nearby as the reception here is open until 7pm, but it was 2 minutes away. If you need parking go to „Contipark Tiefgarage Semperoper” - it’s safe, 800m from the apartments and cheap, €6/day.

No coffee or tea in the kitchen.

I was upgraded from the Munzgasse apartment to the Neumarkt building on the opposite corner of the Neumarkt which is a better location for visiting the obvious tourist sites than the Altmarkt. It is also slightly less frenetic during Christmas market season. Also important for an apartment is the Konsum supermarket, one of very few in the Altstadt. The kitchen was well equipped. It was lovely to hear the Frauenkirche bells at 7am and 6pm!

There were pots of coffee and jugs for milk at breakfast but no teapots for the tea drinkers!

Nothing can beat the location of this apartment - it is in the centre and everything is very close - restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, shopping centres... Beautiful view on the Frauenkirche and the Neumarkt square - and the best Xmas market stand was just in front of our door :-) Equipment of the kitchen is sufficient, heating funtioned very well, bathroom was big enough, beds were comfortable. All to our satisfaction.

Our apartment was on the 6th floor, and the elevator was a bit dirty and smelly. Nothing else...

Great location across from the Frauenkirche Church on the main pedestrian square. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. You can pull your car into the alley right behind the apartments and the gracious front desk clerk will happily explain the parking options. We chose the most economical lot which was the public parking near the police station where you don’t have to pay for parking between 10pm (?) & 8am. They have a parking app so you can pay by phone. And it wasn’t that far a walk from the apartments. We will stay again if ever in Dresden!

We did not opt for the breakfast at 19€ per person as that seemed very steep to us. We chose instead a coffee shop and had a coffee & croissant. It might have been nice to have a little coffee stocked in the coffee canister in the room, as it was completely empty, but they had a supply of coffee filters.

The location could not be any better, and even though it is right next to the Frauenkirche, there is really no street noise - especially if the windows are closed. It also came with a fan, which is very important for summer. The curtains also kept out most of the light, so sleep was manageable. The bath tub was also nice, everything was clean, the kitchen has the basic necessities in case you want to make a small meal or something to take with you. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out for one more day in town, which was very convenient.

I did not find the beds particularly comfortable - my partner had a slightly easier time sleeping - and it was definitely not a large bed for two people: the two beds constantly slipped apart and created a dangerous crack. Once getting into bed, it was also very difficult to get back out of it due to how it sank in.
