The pool area was fantastic, location great, right near the centre of Pondy and all the facilities. Staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, kept my bags safe for me upon check out, and gave me a number for a taxi service to Chennai. Also, one of the best (if slightly pricier, but worth it) laundry services I had in 3 months of travel. Love this place. Definitely coming back if I ever pass through Pondicherry!

Beautiful location, neat and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful, went out of their way to weigh our luggage as we had a flight the next day.They even called us to say breakfast was open and that we should make our way down even if it's a take away.

The restaurant could have had more of buffet and a little more of life The lady receptionist, clearly needs training. She lacks empathy. When I asked her if i can swipe my card during check out, she said no then mentioned to me it's a policy and the money does not go to her personal account. I am not sure if she realises, but that's very offensive. The next day i asked for change(2k) note, she said no, then a gentleman at the reception helped and got it from the accounts department. Overall great stay and wish to be back!

From Security to housekeeping, associates are kind and helpful. They always smile and greet you. Special thanks to Sarathy at the front desk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool on the 6th floor has a beach view and well maintained.safe for kids as well. Special thanks to the HK associate who made our room during our stay.

This is not a negative comment just a feedback. Room service is limited. They don't have 24 hrs room service. Should work on the timings of room service which will make guests stay more comfortable. Also pls work on the rates, little overpriced.

Easy check in, safe hotel with kind doormen, ,cable channels had good selection, exceptional laundry service, clean room.
