My room (and en-suite) was very clean and comfortable. The Rooms are located in Levels, 1, 2 and 3 but the Lift enables easy access to all. The breakfast had a good choice that would suit most people and the hotel bar is very popular with many of the Locals.

The hotel tariff “is expensive” but probably this is due to Switzerland being a rather expensive place “in general”?

Central location close to old town, restaurants, and the train station. From the outside the hotel looks run down but it is fairly modern and in good condition inside. We didn't take breakfast due to an early start but it was offered at a small extra charge.

In the morning we could hear an alarm from another guest and then their shower etc. But that was after a good nights sleep for me, so not so bad.

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. Because I had a bit of delay due to my stay in Bern. But the service in the hotel was very friendly and welcoming and it didn't make them any problem to proceed my check in very late in the evening.

I would probably remove the vending maschines for lottery or the gambling machine from the hotel café. Because it atracts not the right sort of people. But on the other side it didn't affect my stay in any significant way.

very clean. the bed is comfy and cozy. location is near coop and shops, within 7 minutes walking. opposite the hotel entrance, there is train station. the front of hotel is main road. hotel parking is always full, so we park at the white lines (public parking) with parking fee. from 7 pm until 8 am tomorrow morning, is free.

no kettle, no mugs, no mineral water and complimentary drinks. overall sadly, we just stay for 1 night.

Short walk from the train station. Everything is as described in the room. Easy check-in and check-out by video chat at hotel's reception with a remote receptionist.

The soundproofing of the room's door is not good. I can easily hear people opening/closing door from other rooms or talking in the corridor.

We really appreciate the help from the staff. They were really accommodating as they stored our luggages for a few hours while still touring the area after the check out. Breakfast was generous with lots of options. Located near the train station, this hotel is a very good option for travellers using public transport.

Our room had the windows at the main street towards the railway. We kept the shutters down for privacy. We kept the windows closed to keep the street noise down.

Easy to find opposite the train station. Short walk to centre of the old town. It is a French speaking town and not much English spoken but staff here were very friendly with very good English. The room was small but very clean and quiet at night. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was amazing in the rather small bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style and very good selection.

It was close to the train station and very quiet. Our room was spotless, staff do a wonderful job and those pillows - so soft and comfortable! Breakfast had everything that we needed to eat and drink and the staff always welcomed us with a smile. Good wifi. A short walk to cafes restaurants etc.

The room was clean, in a great location, and the beds were comfortable. Bring earplugs if you don't like city noises.

The $15 breakfast consists of bread, more bread, crackers, and burnt coffee. Save your stomach and pick one of the many amazing cafes nearby.

Central location next to the train station, good value compared to other locations in the area. It’s basic, but clean and all you need to stay the night if you are mostly exploring the area and out all day

Sensitive sleepers might find it noisy for trains due to it’s location.
