We were very happy with the hotel. Welcome at the reception was excellent. Room very spacious, modern, clean. Location is good, 7 minutes walk from train station, since Bulle is small, next to big migros and not so noisy in the evening. Good breakfast for 3 stars. All you need. Coffee machine could have better coffee.

The room was warm, no aircon even though outside was fresh. Ventilator is not practical, therefore we opened a window wide open in the corridor because we could not keep them open in the room. There are sticks attached to curtains and you cannot keep window open and curtains closed. Bathroom was very modern, clean, but water was not going down in the shower, however when we communicated it to reception they took action.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️

Everything was wonderful, really. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection (we prefer fried eggs to boiled and like a wider variety of cut fruit and cold meats), but since that is a very personal preference, it's not really a negative.

Very comfortable pillows and bedding. Nice selection of fresh fruits and breads and pastries on the breakfast buffet. Very pleasant staff. Complimentary entrance to Wellness in nearby Gruyere was a lovely perk.

In room TV stations were so frequently 'freezing' and cutting in and out. Housekeeping totally left us without replenished toiletries (including toilet paper), requiring a trip to the front desk (thankfully still open) to obtain a necessary replacement. (We were *completely* out, and that circumstance was quite clear to see!)

We had a great stay for one night. Room was cozy and clean, bed was comfortable. Location was good for visiting Gruyères medieval village and the spa access was a very nice plus. Breakfast was very good, lots of different things such as pancakes, bread, good variety of cheese, yogurt, merengue and double cream! The coffee was not so great, but for one morning it was okay.

We don't really have anything to complain about, everything went well.

I really liked the interior and cosy atmosphere of the room, comfortable bed and pillows for sleeping, cleanliness, top service from the receptionists and of course the location of the hotel. But as for breakfasts I would add something from hot dishes.

My room was on the road side and I was woken up several times because of the people shouting when coming out of the restaurant/pub. I couldn't close the window because it was too hot and there is no air conditioning. When I go back, I will ask for another room.

LOVED the offer of the spa which was a 20min drive away - BEAUTIFUL!! Bathroom was gorgeous. Room was lovely all in all!

In our particular room, it could have done with a freshen up lick of paint. The red is quite distasteful. Could well be just that room. Otherwise spacious room and lovely overstay.

My stay at the hotel was very adequate. The room was tidy, clean and the bed and shower have been spacious. The breakfast was simply amazing, with such a wide range of food and beverage choices, ranging from Muesli and local cheeses to champaign and smoked salmon. The staff was really helpful and friendly and I had no problem sleeping with open windows on a weekend (soundwise).

If I had to say something bad, it would be the fact, that there was no light on the ceiling, which made lighting in the evening quite weird. But thats really all there is to say in terms of negative feedback.

Iff you book the Executive class of rooms you get a huge room with plenty of space. Fantastic and never seen for this price. Also, check the Asia Fusion kitchen of the hotel Restaurant, interesting menu and very nice.

The only annoying thing was that some other guests were smoking inside their room so that the fire alarm got off. 🙄😳🙈 and kept some others awake or even worse woke some up 🙄🙈

Large room with a balcony and very good amenities a welcome kit and a nice comfy bed. Very close to city center and free parking available.

Besides the hotel was in renovation, breakfast could be improved. It looks like the area where it is served is not cleaned.
