We had to go to the office for soap. Would have liked to have coffee in the room.

the location close to my job

they put me in a smoking room that smelled terrible that I had to buy something to mask the smell.

I got the room on the day that I wanted. It was a quiet room and the check-in people at the desk were nice

The carpet in the room is in badly need of shampooing. I had to put socks on to walk around. Your website says pets are allowed but you have a sign up in the lobby saying no pets allowed. Someone is lying or not updating the website

Location and what I thought was a fair price

The TV did not work. I left a voicemail at the front desk. I called the front desk two or three times no one ever answered. The tub was not clean. The tub drain did not close and there is a soaking wet towel on the tub.
