CYNTHIA ON night shift was nice, but seemed a little confused on what she was doing, and how you help us with the questions we was asking. Basic questions like would xyz room work for us ( we had a party of 15) she act as of she did want to help us. Alana on day shift WAS TOP TIRE. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US THAT WAS MESSED UP FROM CYNTHIA. SHE WORKED WITH US BECAUSE THE RATE WASNT CORRECT. 1 OF OUR ROOM GOT CHARGED 3 TIMES, AND THEY WANTED US TO PAY AGAIN. SHE HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING SHE WAS AWESOME.

The rooms smells like mildew.

Everything was good I like the space.

I didn’t like the fact the housekeeper ask me three time if I was leaving I never had ask from the housekeeper if I was leaving I felt like I was getting rush out of the hotel the first time she was knocking early in the morning, then like 9:30 I was coming out of the room to put things in the car n she ask me if I was leaving, then not even 15min i was waiting for the elevator with my second round of things to the car n she ask me again what room I was leaving from. I travel a lot never feel like I was getting rushed out n it my first time in Bainbridge GA

I enjoyed our stay over all. The Associates are very Kind, and Helpful which made our stay pleasant. I wish the pool was open.

Repairs need to be done. The Pool was dirty and Out of Service, One elevator was Out of Service, the Guest Laundry Room was Out of Service.

The food was excellent! I really like the weekend times of 6am-10am for breakfast.

Fixtures on the bathroom were loose & falling down. The bathroom tub/shower combo- needs to be updated to tile instead that plastic tub thing. Otherwise the bathroom was pretty good.

I just stayed one night. I liked they had bags with food at the coffee station. I left at 4am and was able to get a coffee and one of their brown bags . The front desk staff were nice and the facility looked nice in the common areas. My room was nice and clean.

The room doors are a little old and should probably be replaced.

Clean hotel, breakfast was superb. Staff was ok, not bad, but it can be better than it was.

I didn't like the fact that none of the rooms have a microwave in them, I couldn't heat up my food.

Property was close to lots of restaurants, and had very comfortable beds and a great breakfast.

Well one thing was no hair dryer in room and out of shampoo and body wash, but when brought to front desk attention they resolved the problems.

the bed wasn't wherre you could look at the tv, it was not to your veiwing the bed should have been where on could look direct at the tv, over all everything was fine will stay there again .

Location, familiarity, Hilton name

First room had stain on sheet and an unpleasant odor. Apologies by desk clerk and moved to second room. That room was okay except for a film on tile floor from some agent used in cleaning which caused tracking an slick finish. Window. shade broken and could not raise.

Breakfast was wonderful. Privacy on top floor was a plus. Extremely sweet staff.

Had to change rooms the day of check-in because the door was falling off the hinges.
