The breakfast was okay. The server was very friendly. The serving area was clean and there was adequate food. It was located in a good central place in the facility. The room was clean and met our expectations. The abundant coffee after a long drive was appreciated. Towels were good. The television was good and didn't require a Phd to operate. The hotel was close to a number of restaurants which was nice. Also close to I-10 and was quiet.

The orange juice wasn't mixed properly and was extremely weak with way too much water. I also was disappointed that biscuits weren't offered daily. The parking was not good. It filled quickly and it was hard to find a space. Spaces for parking were also tight.The lawn and grounds sorely needed attention. One in ground light had been broken and according to the staff it had been broken for months; this was clearly a hazard as wires were exposed. The springs in one of our queen beds gouged me in the back and made for an uncomfortable sleep. The toilet made a loud clunking noise when used, but did work. When I tried to check in the desk clerk was missing in action for several minutes and no one was in evidence.

There was a lady there who had prepared her breakfast I believe she was the front desk lady she was excellent and then there was a person there who made sure all of the things we wanted for breakfast was in place and she was very nice had a very good conversation very friendly definitely will stay here again

Although overall I enjoyed the hotel when we entered the hotel the garbage was overflowing and the sidewalk was dirty presentation is everything our carpet and our room which was 312 was Warren and you saw the dark area on the carpet where it had been used a lot carpet probably needed to be changed out but did not pose a problem for us because the the room was always clean when we got back as we requested and it smell excellent clean and that's what we wanted the bed slept very well

Breakfast was amazing! And, the lady that was working in that breakfast room was someone I would hire to work for me! We were very impressed with her. We drive to see our grandchildren and meet our daughter and her husband every 6 months and in 6 months from now we will definitely be back! We stayed in room 109 a handicap room which was really awesome when it came to taking a shower. We were most impressed and we will be back. The staff was friendly and answered every question that I asked. Management is excellent.

We loved everything! The beds are very comfortable and pillows, the towels were big and soft. Breakfast was amazing! We are truly going to be visiting every 6 months. Thank you to the management and the staff for a wonderful stay!

Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed breakfast every morning and location was great, close to Walmart and fast food restaurants.

Room was pretty much clean but had a smell. Carpet was dirty. Feet and socks were dirty when walking without slippers or shoes. Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping wasn’t on point with towels, had to go down and get more towels daily instead of them bringing more.

The rooms were great size, comfortable. Location was good. Many things close by. Everyone was friendly. Stayed with children and the accommodation of adjacent rooms was wonderful.

We didn't like the lack of breakfast selection. Not much in terms of food. Just waffles, cereal and bread. Also there was a musty smell in the food area which wasn't very pleasant. That's the only complaint we had during our stay

Exceptionally friendly staff, rooms were clean, all rooms were interior to the property. Conveniently located off of I-10 and close to everything you can see and do in Marianna. Big thank you to Chelsey (front desk) and Carissa (Breakfast/kitchen/cook staff)!

All adjoining rooms were taken by staff. As a large family that needed two adjoining rooms, this was probably the only negative. However, Chelsey did a great job getting us into rooms right next to each other.

April was amazing, She wrote us a list of different eateries she recommended and told us about things to do in the area. She's a real person, with no good reason to do more than her normal job duties but she went above and beyond what we expected. April is an asset to your organization; and this is coming from someone with a degree in Leadership: she has excellent skills. She's also very empathetic which is rare these days. Give that woman a promotion and a salary increase! Keep her! She's awesome

I struggled with that stupid shower curtain and found your shampoo/conditioner too small but the worked well

Breakfast was great!!!

Told the front desk 3 times the men’s bathroom was stopped up. Never was fixed during our stay. Went out to swim on our last morning and the pool area was trashed by people the night before. Couldn’t get the air to be just right in our room

Small square bed pillows..look nice not the best to use also curtains made not to close only sheers closed...let in light from outside lights and signs all night...also didn't feel private since it was only 2nd floor

It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

This hotel was perfectly fine with the exception of the bathroom door handle being broken and the shower was not great. It didn’t get very hot, the water sprayed everywhere, and it didn’t drain well.
