I did not have much hope for the hotel due to its location and inexpensive nature. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Although I saw children, I did not hear children. The room was much bigger than I expected, the beds were comfortable and cozy. It was a wonderful stay and I would be back next trip to Chipley.

The one thing that could improve would be the breakfast however, other than that a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and easily accessible.

Each night the smoke detector kept going off for no reason. There was no reason for it to do so and with a baby in the room this made it an annoyance when they were woken up at 3am the first night and sometime over night the next. They removed it from the wall because it wouldn't stop. It still went off again. We have a video where we put in the carrier and tried to cover it with blankets to lower the sound. But We can't upload that one.

I loved the beautiful rose bushes that we're all in front of the hotel, The manager was pruning bushes and stuff when I had left and I did compliment him on him and he said that if I'd like I could take one of the long stem roses but I did decline it because it would have died by the time I got home.

The room was very clean and well-set-up, but they need to pay a little more attention to the dusting..

Large room Nice bed. Lots of parking. Staff was very pleasant. Area seemed safe.

The room was fairly priced at $80/night but the pet fee of $30/night was exorbitant. Phone was flashing and not fixed after several attempts so I covered it with a pillow. Security bolt on door was broken off. A weird item like a glue cap was under the bed sheet.

The location was good. The parking lot had good space for big trucks w/car tow. I like the dedication the gentleman had with caring for the plants and rose trees.

Unfortunately with places that allow animals, there were fleas and I was even bit. The outside grass land was kept up with cleaning of dog waste. I wish they had dog bags for the owners to clean up after their own pet, with disposal.

I like how close it was to where we needed to go and how affordable it was! The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast could use a little update or some other options.

The location was great for what we needed. The free breakfast was just okay but there was a Waffle House within walking distance. The bed was clean, not the best comfort but not the worst either.

Definitely needs more pillows, or just bring your own!

The room was comfortable, and the heating unit was near silent which made the noise nonintrusive..

The continental breakfast lacked in protein and was too heavy on carbohydrates. The orange juice tasted like it came from a can which is bad in a state that is known for oranges.

Everything was great and the stafff was awesome when I first got there the desk clerk was very pleasant she was friendly and she also offered several choices changed me from smoking room to a non-smoking room because I am not a smoker

I have no complaints there was nothing that I didn't like at the hotel everyone was pleasant everyone was friendly accommodating and have you several options which assisted me party

The staff means everything when staying away from home. It is the main reason for my return.

There was nothing that was not up to my expectations.
