The lady at the front desk was wonderful. When I got there I needed to iron, but clearly the ironing board wasn’t checked for cleanliness because it had deodorant or toothpaste on it which was not good. I also looked at the bed and found on the end of the bed red smudges, so I took a wet wipe I had to it to determine if it was set in or fresh…it was fresh. This lead me to inspect a bit closer and I saw what appeared to be black shoe marks on it as well. So I went back out into the hall to find the maid service woman and man to request another make over, but I couldn’t find them. However, the cart was there so I picked up a clean cover and towel. There were fingerprints on the full length mirror and the faucet was not sanitized either because I actually cleaned it and buffed it dry with a towel and it was a night and day difference. Either the housekeeping staff hasn’t been trained effectively or they lack attention to detail. There is always time to take pride in one’s work…Every surface matters and when guests pay any price, they should receive a 5 star treatment always! The lady who was there when I checked in Sunday afternoon around 3or4, was wonderful. She immediately brought me a new ironing board and I was very grateful.

I stayed at this hotel because I went to visit my daughter and granddaughter. This hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate. I liked that the rooms were on the inside because that feels safer when I’m traveling alone. The room was big with two very comfortable beds and everything was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The staff were very courteous. I will stay there again.

As always the location. Near the highway, not far from my parents and across from Walmart. Loved the heated mirror in the bathroom

The bathroom door appears to have been painted and not on the hinges correctly, you can't shut it without slaming it and waking everyone up or hearing it bang from the hall. The smoke detector is hard wired but if the battery goes out it still beeps to remind you, which it did. The young lady at the front did not know what to do. Not her fault, that she be part of training and safety information. She was told by management when she notified them that I should remove the battery from the smoke detector. Wow! That didn't help and it still beeped, I took the battery downstairs to her and showed her what I need to replace it. She looked in the drawers and found them. Problem solved that fast.

Good price, good location, water pressure good, spacious, breakfast.

Comode was loose and moved a lot when you sat on it. They did not replace the half used tiny bottle of complimentary shampoo, and the internet was slow. The front desk/receptionist were hardly around or outside on their phones and smoking.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gave suggestions of places to eat in the area.

The room was very musty smelling and we asked for deodorizer which they had and sprayed.

Everything was perfect! My favorite was the LED bathroom light, perfect for putting makeup on! The beds were so comfy! The breakfast was a big variety and tasty. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!

Nothing I did not like.

The staff was very nice. Our room was nicer than I expected. Breakfast was delicious. My son and I always enjoy making waffles. Easy to find, right off the interstate. Easy to get back on the interstate the next morning.

I don't have a single complaint.

The Staff was friendly, room 365, was clean and cool. Breakfast was good, with a number of options. We often stay at Comfort Suites when we travel, knowing that we will be safe, and comfy when we arrive. Thank you!

Didn’t eat breakfast, but the room was roomy and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. If I travel that way again I would be staying at Comfort Inn
