I checked in late night when there was one person at the front desk. It was a little annoying that the person would stop to assist othere while I was being checked i instead of asking them to wait. The room was not cleaned as well as I expected. There was trash in the trash can from the previous people. There was wash cloth left on the shower rail in the shower. Made me wonder if the room was clean prior to my arrival.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful!. The facility was beautiful and well kept. The room was extremely comfortable. Plenty of space.

When I was checking out, the front counter had told me that there was an issue checking out when booking through third party sites. They said that the manager had to deal with it but she wasn't available. They told me they would fix it later and send me a receipt butthey haven't done anything about it.

The room was pristine, and the bed was very comfortable. It was the perfect one-night stay for our trip, especially after a long day of driving.

There’s too much plastic at breakfast. We’re highly conscious about sustainability, and I believe it’s crucial to make a positive impact by using as little plastic as possible. Additionally, I would have appreciated seeing more local produce and food to help support the local economy

Liked the location. Front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved, loved, loved the bed. I did go to the online store to see how much they cost. Liked the shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap dispensers on the bathtub wall. Room was very clean.

A little expensive for a one night stay. Waffles were not visible when I walked into the breakfast area and didn't notice until my plate was already loaded. Ice was located too far from room; I have foot issues.

Nice breakfast with healthy options. Wonderful quiet location nestled just off the main road and very friendly staff. We utilized the quiet back road that takes you straight to a Beef O' Brady's for great call ahead take out. Free HBO/Cinemax. Super easy check in and check out.

If I had to nit pick, the towels could have been a little better quality. They were very rough.

Convenient and clean, comfortable beds, nice, hot shower, nice outdoor pool - small, but clean and what you would expect at a hotel, delicious breakfast, extremely nice staff

These are nit picky and not deal breakers - pool had no sun in late afternoon, and we were looking forward to that, but it was still very nice and relaxing. Room had a little bit of a musty smell when we walked in, but went away after turning down the AC.

Having the free breakfast every day was great, nice selection of food and drinks. Having coffee available 24/7 was really nice. The location was right where we needed to be, and there are plenty of food options, gas stations and Walmart are very close by. Our room was roomy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

The only disappointment was not having a Hot tub. The pool was way to cold to swim in. In the description it says a heated pool and hot tub. Need to correct that.

When we first arrived, there was an issue w/ the room we reserved. The room description said it slept 3, but it only slept 2. Lyric went above and beyond trying to accommodate us. It was our luck that someone canceled. Room was clean. There were a variety of foods for breakfast.

We arrived here during a major storm. Staff was great. Room was great. Special welcome on our television screen. Amazing breakfast in the morning before we visited Florida Caverns. We were on the third floor so we were able to watch six pool chairs blow into the pool during the lengthy storm. Free entertainment.

We had a king room and we had 4 small pillows that were not king pillows. Like dollar store pillows. Excellent stay but pillows look and slept bad.
