Nice full hot breakfast. Staff was kind and as accommodating as able.

My room was overbooked. But Rebecca found something comparable and made it work. My only complaint was not having the handicap room with the larger tub for my daughter, making bath time very difficult. I don't fault the hotel itself. I think it was because I booked through Booking.com instead of the hotel directly.

The convenience of the area to where I had to travel to.

The room could have been a little cleaner, there was sticky stuff on the wall, the shade over the window was broken..I had dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the bed, the amount of dust, debris and garbage was disgusting. Definitely needs to be vacuumed better. Room 327 Other than that the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.

Booking.com, card compromised, bank traced it to the last purchase at booking.com(in NY). 1000's of $ charges from same location that my bank caught and stopped. Absolutely no number to contact a person at Booking.com.

The people there are such hard workers and even though they have a lot of work to do they take time out to make sure all is ok with you and if you need anything. They work hard and long hours but they still have a smile on their face and a kind word to you. If you need anything like extra towels or something like that,they have it to you right. I will be back again.

If the hotel have families with little kids they can accommodate them better in first floor. The ones in top of my room jump every late night and run thru the whole floor. Set rules for that after 10 pm help a lot. And you said have bacon in breakfast and you’re not 🤨

It was in a great location, restaurants and gas stations near by and 2 minutes from where I needed to be, the breakfast was delicious and rooms where clean and smelling fresh, the beds were nice, soft, and comfy. The staff was welcoming and friendly.. would definitely stay again

The breakfast is excellent. The employees in breakfast area and front desk are exceptional. They are wonderful. The breakfast attendant is a male. I don't know his name. But he has been there the 2 times I have stayed there. He is the best!!! Cleans tables constantly. Keeps everything stocked. The hotel is just perfect. The best I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is beyond amazing. So many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was in a perfect location. The breakfast was outstanding, and we enjoyed the pool area.

It would have been absolutely perfect if pool had been heated!

Location was good for a stop over. Breakfast was included which is a plus when traveling with kids. Front desk was nice

Although front desk was friendly, you can tell she was overworked and shortstaffed. She was being bombarded with guests and calls and trying to handle issues alone. Room could have been cleaner. I'm thinking they are understaffed here too. And although there was breakfast, some items were missing, like gravy for the biscuits

The breakfast was exceptional! Plenty to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt as though we were important guests to them.
