I think the location is one of the best in Marianna.. You're right across the street from Walmart, Dollar Tree, and many places to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner all within walking distance. My kind of place... The staff is always friendly and polite. Plenty of parking night or day. Clean linens in the bathroom. Bed sheets, towels etc.. Very quiet rooms and peaceful at night. Staff always polite and helpful to your needs.

That I couldn't stay longer...

The staff was friendly and helpful. My bank put a security hold on my account. The clerk was finally able to get one room to go through on my card. There were other people in the lobby playing cards, so he told us to go up to our rooms and for me to come back down to talk with him. I called my bank and was able to get the security hold taken off. I really appreciated him being sensitive to my situation! Also, the next night, the television was acting up. I rode sown to the lobby and Keisha went back up in the elevator to the room to look at the tv. She unscrewed the cable line and reattached it, and the tv worked fine after that. She told me that she was find us another room if the tv continued to act up, and that she would be there until 9:00 if I needed her assistance again or wished to change rooms. The following day, I saw her in the elevator with another client who was complaining and berating her because the room key didn't work. Keisha was very polite to the client. The lady was very ugly and rude. I had trouble with my key a couple of times also, but every time I asked them to reset it, it would work. I've been to other hotels where I had a problem with the room key. It happens sometime. I nominate Keisha for employee of the month! I sure hope I am remembering her name correctly! LOL!

The young man that worked the front desk was exceptionally nice and the Manager that was on duty as we checked out greeted us with so much grace and warmth. There should be more people with their energy in the world today! Great stay!

Nice clean location

Not very important to others, but important to the wife and I due to getting up early to head to Orlando. Coffee was gone, and when asked if more were to be made was told there would be. More coffee was never made.

Staff amazing. Room excellent size. We had a queen suite with a couch that made out into bed. Mattress was very dirty and needed replacement. But everything thing else was excellent!

The safety of the hotel, security, and housekeepers were very nice but professional at the same time

I didn't like the fact that I had to go, or the fact that I am not earning rewards for all my bookings.

The food and it was quite and they like kids no one bothered us when our kids got loud the pool was great never closed I love that

You can only get one plate of food when I had 5 people to feed in the morning

The staff was friendly and it was a comfortable place to stay

The first room we got had a bad smell but they gave us another room and everything was fine

Location and price

Air conditioner wetted the floor in a small spot. No refrigerator nor microwave was in that particular room but may have been available upon request.

Staff was great. Room was spacious. Location is on point.

Had issues with the door card (having to keep going to the front desk to get it scanned a few times).
