We rented a queen suite with over 500 sq ft of space. What a bargain at the price we paid. A sofa in the ‘living’ area made a bed if needed. There was a wet bar, microwave and refrigerator which created a sort of wall to separate the comfortable bed and nicely appointed window seat. There was also a desk and chair, as well as a breakfast table for two! We would have been happy to stay several days in that room. Breakfast was ok. Coffee, milk, juice, an assortment of pastries, breakfast cereal, instant grits and yogurt.

In the room, the carpet was the only issue. I am sure it has been shampooed many times and seems to have a residue if you are barefoot. Visually it is nice and appears clean. At breakfast there was a waffle iron and syrup, but no waffle batter available. Plenty of other things to eat, but disappointing if you were hungry for a waffle. I would suggest on days when there is no batter, they should remove the waffle iron to avoid the disappointment.

The location is right off the I-10 and across from a Walmart and Dollar Tree. (Two of my favorites..) But close to many food venues for breakfast of lunch. DD, BK, McD's. Arby's, Chick Fil A, etc.. You can walk to most of them from the hotel and leave the car. Rooms are setup like Extended Stays with separate areas for lounging.. (couch, table, etc.) and full island with micro and fridge. Beds very comfortable and sheets soft and easy to sleep in. Also very quiet at night from outside noise. Parking plentiful and well lit at night. Staff always attentive and helpful. Easily one of the best hotels in Marianna.

The microwave didn't have a glass dish but I worked around it and only needed it a couple of times. Other than that no issues with anything and will go back anytime.

The staff was friendly, it was clean. The vending machines were stocked good, every employee I passed gave me a smile. It was a nice experience

The pool was small, way smaller than expected. I can’t imagine more than one family in it at a time, thankfully when we swam we were the only ones so it was fine. Also- breakfast was barely a breakfast. both mornings we went, the waffle maker wasn’t in operation for some reason. Options were very slim.

I think the location is one of the best in Marianna.. You're right across the street from Walmart, Dollar Tree, and many places to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner all within walking distance. My kind of place... The staff is always friendly and polite. Plenty of parking night or day. Clean linens in the bathroom. Bed sheets, towels etc.. Very quiet rooms and peaceful at night. Staff always polite and helpful to your needs.

I don't like that there is hardly ever a variety of breakfast..sometimes almost no breakfast at all..iam considering trying another place because of the lack of breakfast food ..I stay two nights a week every week in marianna

The staff was friendly and helpful. My bank put a security hold on my account. The clerk was finally able to get one room to go through on my card. There were other people in the lobby playing cards, so he told us to go up to our rooms and for me to come back down to talk with him. I called my bank and was able to get the security hold taken off. I really appreciated him being sensitive to my situation! Also, the next night, the television was acting up. I rode sown to the lobby and Keisha went back up in the elevator to the room to look at the tv. She unscrewed the cable line and reattached it, and the tv worked fine after that. She told me that she was find us another room if the tv continued to act up, and that she would be there until 9:00 if I needed her assistance again or wished to change rooms. The following day, I saw her in the elevator with another client who was complaining and berating her because the room key didn't work. Keisha was very polite to the client. The lady was very ugly and rude. I had trouble with my key a couple of times also, but every time I asked them to reset it, it would work. I've been to other hotels where I had a problem with the room key. It happens sometime. I nominate Keisha for employee of the month! I sure hope I am remembering her name correctly! LOL!

It was one of the cheaper priced hotels in the area. Since it was so cheap I did not expect much. The cleanlyness of the hotel and the quality of the furnishing far exceeded my expectations. It is centrally located to various restuarants and close to the Interstate. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very quiet and furnishings very comfortable especially the beds and pillows. Most rooms are carpeted and come with micro and fridge. Location is great and very walkable to fast food and restaurants and a Walmart and Dollar Tree across the street.

Nice staff, comfy beds, smelled good, good value, close to food and shopping, close to the Florida Caverns State Park

A bit dated a d could have been cleaner, but I'm not complaining. The windows were able to be opened.

The young man that worked the front desk was exceptionally nice and the Manager that was on duty as we checked out greeted us with so much grace and warmth. There should be more people with their energy in the world today! Great stay!
