Customer service was very professional, and nice, as well as we liked the privacy, the heat, breakfast, the hot shower, and the big bed with cable TV.

The part where I always make reservations and I seem to never get some kind of discount. This is the number one cousin hotel that I choose to make reservations with because privacy the location customer service is all great. But I don't like the fact that I never get discounts and I feel as if as if I should because I rent one from your company quite a bit

Made reservations a month in advance and when we arrived on Sept 2nd we did not have rooms. we made reservations on booking.com and got confirmation and so forth. When we arrived they said that we were supposed to check in on Sept 1 and check out on Sept 2nd, so. they let our rooms go to someone else, when I show her our ticket from booking.com with confirmation # and everything, she said she didn't know what happened cause she was off day before. She found us rooms , it wasn't what we had but we had a place to lay our heads, thank goodness.

The residence inn offered good value for money large clean rooms well looked after and no issues , comfortable beds good selection of pillows , fridge , microwave all clean and working good shower with ample towels , my only gripe the signage to the hotel is really small we arrived in the middle of a rain storm and it was nearly dark iI passed the hotel 3 times before realising its elevated off the road and the electronic sign below for real estate drowns out the small sign atop a pole , get a bigger sign . Otherwise a good stay would stay again

Chose this location because of reviews stating comfort of bed. They did not disappoint!

Some remodeling still underway and more work needed for sure. Current status "not perfect" but water was hot, beds comfortable and staff friendly. Not the least expensive in the area either, but the beds lured me in.

The price. The person working the front desk was excellent 👌🏾 The location is great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The lock on the door wouldn't lock, looks like someone tried to kick the door in at one time. We still felt safe so other than that, the stay was great.

Room was Great, Bed was very comfortable, breakfast could have more of selection especially on weekends.

Breakfast could be better more variety, ie. Waffles oatmeal

Staff was amazing, I looked at every hotel on Priceline and booking .com and I tell you what if you look long enough at any reviews on any hotel you see ppl saying oh I seen bugs or some sort of complaint but I am so glad I stayed , room was great and staff was great and property was beautiful. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks to the wonderful friendly staff.

Location was perfect for our trip… close to food and shopping Room was comfortable, overall quiet place

People roaming the property in and out made me feel a little off… In the room the ac leaked and the faucet leaked…there was no soap available to do laundry but those were minor inconveniences since we only stayed two nights

Breakfast unfortunately was very sad for choice. Butter for toast 1st day was hard and 2nd day there was none. Instant coffee only. I did eat alittle and what i did eat was good.

Pet friendly! Room very clean; Staff very courteous and friendly. Affordable!!

Despite numerous signs asking guests to clean up after their dog’s waste, the amount around the motel grounds indicated that very few guests did so.
